From what I can tell it is each state running their own version - different drawing schedules for example. However the rules and game are similar, but I think some odds or payouts might be different - I haven't looked at the details for each state. I think each state lottery just licenses the game from IGT.

Correct, however have you used an IGT machine in KY and then it won't scan? That's when the person who loads the machine does not activate the scratch tickets. Just yesterday a Trucker scanned his ticket to show me this and he was not happy.

Great job by the IGT keeping the lawsuit alive until the judge was able to rule. Just because someone says you are in no danger of being prosecuted does not mean they cannot change their mind. Having a court order to back yo u up lets everyone sleep better.

Tickets won't scan here so called IGT didn't have to speak to anyone. They had a recording saying there is a problem with PB and cannot validate any tickets right now.

IGT said when you call them they are having technical issues (again); however was able to play @ the store. This is four days in a row always around lunchtime. Couldn't get GA's website to work properly either as I sometimes play their pick 3 here!

Our self serve IGT lotto machines in KY are being phased to have a credit/debit card reader, so it is coming to states, it seems slowly but surely. One thing I like here when I looked @ one you could do as little as $10. One state it appeared to me to have a $50 minimum, but was in a dark corner of the casino so I could be wrong!!
