New Jersey Lottery proposes rules regulating courier services to allow them to operate
Seems fishy. If an outside entity can buy tickets. So if I don't wanna pay taxes in my state on a win. I can purchase a ticket in a different state as long as they have a currier service. example california because there's no state tax on lottery winnings Then it makes me wonder if said service would stiff you if you won? This is just my opinion... But it seems this could turn into tons of problems that can arise from this. I was thinking it was geared toward people who could not get to the stor

New Jersey Lottery proposes rules regulating courier services to allow them to operate
* That's right. This kill the patient to cure the disease mentality by other State lotteries isn't helpful in any way to it's players. * Just an opinion, but having LP based in the State being the 400 lb Gorilla in the game, officials made a smart decision.

Florida's PICK 5 & Fantasy 5
FL P5 has become an AI experiment in profit by less winnable double-double's, trips and other sets in my opinion. The fun has ended. While posting basic plots with P4 and P3 wins still fly's so I'm done here. Time out.

Secrets of a lottery lawyer-Kurt Panouses interview
I do not disagree with hiring a big city firm if there is a major ongoing issue. There are points for him in my opinion based on his having interacted with lottery officials if it is a fairly routine and likely resolvable issue. Most big law firms are far more interested in celebrity or fortune 500 business. They might not even bother with just helping someone claim a simple win and would refer you to a smaller firm. And when an attorney leaves a larger firm and decides to start her/his own

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I would say that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. As the late, great Dave Mason would say, We just disagree. I believe what Tucker Black meant was that it was measley in comparison to the amount of risk involved. It should be the higher the risk...the higher the reward.

DC 5 Lottery needs to be audited immediately. The same thing that happened to Tennessee in 2007
This seems to illustrate the flaw in Computer Generated Numbers. In our opinion, Either Knowingly Or Unknowingly, the game can be said to be rigged; advantage to the player this time since it became generally known. However, before this became generally known among the daily number playing folks, it was a disadvantage for those playing anything Boxed Non-Singles.

That's great to know. You can go right on ahead and keep telling us that. We value your opinion; even when you try to insult. Please, keep it coming.

It looks as if the $5.00 MM ticket is doing poorly.
I'm allowed to post facts about this game and my opinion of it. There's no requirement that I participate on this board as if I'm the lowest common denominator lottery player. Pick anywhere lotto tickets are sold, harangue the players with this kind of stuff and see how well it goes over. Did I say I was going to do that? Is it really necessary to post such drivel, or is it because it's fun for you to be a hater?

Indiana legislature rejects bill for online lottery ticket sales
As a resident of Indiana and a player of the Hoosier Lottery, I believe not offering online lottery ticket sales through the app is actually a good decision. Many of us struggle with gambling habits or tendencies, even if we do not always recognize them in ourselves or we find ways to justify our behavior. This is simply my personal opinion opinions are not facts to take to the bank. However, limiting online access may help encourage more mindful and intentional play rather than impulsive pu

New Moon 1451 hours Sunday. It's time!
Hey LP Fam- Sunday 2:51 p.m. the first New Moon of 2026 arrives. I hope it's approach this Friday and Saturday has been good to you. This Moon, in my opinion, heralds much good energy and just plain old better luck for many. If you see this before you sleep tonight, be sure to state and/or write your most cherished wish for 2026. My two preceding posts have outlined the strong affinity this time has for certain numbers. While 8's have held solid this will change slightly on Sunday as Venus
