Since the triple six fix and the Tipton scandal, most lotteries have increased security and involved more people to witness various steps of the process. If anything, I'd think there's less chance of rigging, at least in your basic draw games. You'd need the cooperation of many more people to mess with the balls or reprogram the prng.

Will, again, I see no scam in what you are selling. As someone who had his identity stolen last year due to a security breach of a major credit card issuer, I am more than cautious when giving out any info, online or otherwise. I appreciate you giving me your word, but sadly it doesn't mean much to me in today's world.

This is nothing new at all. Illegals do it all the time in N.C. I was at the Raleigh claim office and have seen it for my own eyes because the guy didn't have a social security card and he was calling different ones on his cell phone who had one to come to Raleigh and claim it for him.
