What Are the Most Difficult States To Win Pick 3/4 In?
Just out of curiosity, does anyone know which states are the most difficult to win Pick 3/4 in? For example, South Carolina in a HARD STATE to HIT in playing Pick 3/4. Perhaps we should put together a list of the tough states vs. the easier states to Win PICK 3/4. I know it depends on which Pick 3/4 Lottery SYSTEM you are using to play in a particular state. Thanks for the reminder. These are the basics to Pick 3/4, many systems use these as the base to built upwards towards a more accurate predictions for few next draws.
