it's just a upgrade ,was 1.0 ,...now 2.0 While it can be a complex process at times, upgrading to the latest Django version has several benefits: New features and improvements are added. Bugs are fixed. Older version of Django will eventually no longer receive security updates. (see Supported versions). Upgrading as each new Django release is available makes future upgrades less painful by keeping your code base up to date.lol

Well, I kinda lean toward Security reasons as to why the time is printed on the tickets, .. but what I'm pointing out here is that the time hasn't always been printed on tickets ..but I'm sure security had to have at the forefront of concern upon inception of the major games (MM,PB)...So, I brought up the Topic here..I knew that there would be some members that probably wouldn't agree with my views, that was expected.. But I do have a problem when the Math shows abnormal extreme data.. espec

LOL,... I'm not sitting in judgement of anyone ,... not pretending to have all the answers... just sharing my yrs of experience at this... now in leu of the recent. It's my opinion that it is one more layer of security and verification for the lottery to use. If there is a claim on the ticket they can verify the exact print time in their computer system to what is physically printed on the ticket. It can also clarify if the ticket was printed before or after the cut off time. Your watch may show 10:43 or 10:44 though if its 10:45:01 in the system when it's processed then it's going to be for the following draw after the current day.

Same in the U.K. If given the choice between one or the other, I'd opt for tax-free. If you win $100 million cash value on a lottery, you could surely buy plenty of security for much less than $37 million bucks.
