What's with NY Sweet Million??
I bought 2 SM tickets, won $3. SM has best odds for $1m. I stopped playing MM as odds for jp are too large, but 1:3.9m for $250k is worse than SM's for $1m. Thus, Pick10 is a rip-off, PB is $200k - 1:5m, Take5 jp is small, only leaves Lotto SM.
Low number of winners simply means low number of players as they are hoping to win $50-$300m instead of a low $1m; which is a big mistake! Scratch-offs are even played more than SM.

Scratcher's Odds
Personally, I don't see how they can establish odds at all for scratchers. Reason I say this is because winners are limitied to the sites where the tickets are distributed. Examaple: Let's say there is a game with sixteen (16) top prizes of $50,000. Those 16 tickets can only be purchased at 16 sites and if the store that I purchase my tickets in not one of the 16, then I have absolutely NO CHANCE of winning a top prize of $50,000. The odds for me is zero. Without a single distribution center, ho

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
Actually I haven't read the Fallacy, or the endless pages of the threads you mentioned. And I don't intend to either. I did read few pages back within this thread though.
My math is terrible, so when you show me all those equations, it goes right over my head.
You seem to have skipped the part about how the Old Idea would be true If the coin was only flipped once in a lifetime, but because it is flipped more than once, the odds continually climb against the occurrence happening again. You

How would you get to the Lotto office?
I'll probably go in my flying car. Odds are they'll be cheap enough by the time I win a jackpot.

They sure didnt sell all of them, so the odds should be a bit more in our favor.

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
I have been playing the big winner spectaculars, money money money, and million dollar cash fever regularly. The Big winner spectacular rolls are loaded with losers.Be careful with them. I have seen them lose 8 to 9 times in a row several times. I won 1000 on a big winner back in June, Since then just 100 here and there but mostly just getting my money back(10). The money money money tickets aren't really that good to me. I've probly played about 40 tickets since they came out buying 2 to 3 at a t
