Lol You need to hire an attorney from a medium to large firm and ideally barred in the state of your win. But you get it in that all types of advisors need to be watched and keep legal advice separate from specific investment advice. I would even double check monthly investment reports supplied to make certain they are real and no one in pulling a Bernie Madoff scam. He fooled a lot of people with fake investment reports.

They only paid out $5k in prizes with the wrong megaball. If it was some kind of inside scam job like the Triple Six Fix, I think they would have aimed a little higher than $5k.

Not in the least surprised really. Unlike scam artists that take real money from his or her victims, the parole board could have determined that no money was literally taken from any one person. It's simply an assumption of what if's.
