Hitting Both PB and MM The Same Week
The odds are astronomical that it could ever happen. Not impossible, but the next to it...!

Is there a secret to winning?
Just like all lottery games, it's pretty much all luck. The only thing you can really do is compare the odds.

Canadian 6+1 game
By car can be brutal depending on the wait. Usually it's a 2+ hour wait assuming they don't want to disassemble your car. I personally think it's about time Super 7 gets switched with a 5+2, 5+1, or 6+1 game with higher odds. Only reason why Super 7 had a big run up recently was Canada used up all the bonus money on it. Currently 6/49 gets better jackpots with lower odds even without a bonus round propping it up.

MM and PB predictions 2006
fja, Your graphic may have shown the basics of developing a strategy to match 5 or a 5+1 while covering less than 1% of the possible combinations. Now if one can come up with 24-30 WB and 8-10 BB that covers a 5+1 even 50% of the time, the chances of matching 5 or a 5+1 would be greatly increased IMHO. Such a strategy allows a player to be play 50% of the time with odds of 1:500K while others are playing with odds of 1:145,000K or worst.

What if Mega Millions was a Pick-6?
5 + Bonus $2,000,000 1 : 33,559,925.0 Don't most of the regular state lotteries offer better odds on their 6 number games, and for a progessive prize? I would look at this proposed game as not even trying to hit the jackpot at 201 million to one odds, and yeah, going for the second prize above, but 6/49 - 6/ 52 games are beter odds. Doesn't mean peole would play this though, there is a certain contingent that would play anything.

Formula for not winning lotteries
Rip, I cashed a 4/6 ticket on Win For Life the other day. The store clerk said, Wow, I've never seen anybody win on this game before! I replied, Winning is one thing; getting ahead of 'em is another. With the hefty vig in the 50% range that lotteries take, they've got a pretty good cushion of comfort against anybody who gets smart enough to beat the odds. A player can beat the odds and still not make any money. That's an issue that's been kicked around Lottery Post for years. The o

Formula for not winning lotteries
I don't know if any method would really lower the odds that much on jackpot style games other than shear luck. Evidently you've never visited the Yesterday Winners page of the Predictions page, scrolled backward day-by-day for a couple of weeks looking at the results. If you had you'd know whether any method would really lower the odds that much on jackpot style games

Pondering Question...
I personally consider my odds 50/50. I either win or I don't.? The GameGrl Although it's not the most scientific response, it's also the best! That's exactly how I look at the odds. Just show me the money!
