I can't believe how many horse deaths occur there and nothing changes. Is it a massive insurance scam, where horse owners race their horses there in the hopes of getting a big payout in the event their horse is badly injured?

Lottery winner can seek bigger prize at trial, judge rules
Lucky Larry may have a shot to win millions more this time from a jury.
A judge has ordered a trial in a lawsuit filed by Iowa lottery winner Larry Dawson, who contends a $9 million jackpot that he won in 2011 should have been nearly three times as big.
Dawson filed his lawsuit in 2016 after an investigation revealed that lottery contractor Eddie Tipton rigged the previous $16.5 million jackpot, bought the winning ticket himself and unsuccessfully worked with associates to claim it.

051 = 551 ... not only that the last 4 midday drawings have been made of only 2 vtracs... never seen that before in my life.... i knew i should not have messed with ohio ... but the 4 and 9 missing 10 drawings midday was too tempting .... what a scam...

No. You had a post about a guy in Colorado involved in the Tipton scam. He was suing Colorado lottery trying to reclaim money he should have won if Tipton didn't cheat. Was a FOX news story. You posted this on page 200. Is this the twilight zone or what? LOL

I played 30 $50$100$500 yesterday and hit 1x$500 with $50 x10 boxes total$500 then hit $50x2 3times and $50 x5 total $1050. Today I played 20 tickets and got $50 6 times total $300. Then tonight I bought 10 $30 goldrush and won $30! Oh and BEWARE of the cashier's stealing from you I caught the cashier at Winn Dixie SR84 Ft. Lauderdale dealing from the bottom of the deck.Its a big scam and she got busted the lottery security made her pay up!

Lottery Clerks scamming or attempting to scam Customers out of their winning tickets? :/
Has this happened to you or someone you personally know? I had a winning Lottery ticket and the gas station Lottery Clerk told me it was a losing ticket. I told him off and said, Don't play with me! I checked my numbers on The Florida Lottery Website and my numbers matched! He had a look of, , Dang, she's smarter than I thought! He weakly claimed that he was just joking and paid me my money.-.-

Lawyers seek to depose lottery fraud mastermind in prison
Lawyers pursuing a class-action lawsuit on behalf of lottery customers nationwide are seeking to interview the jailed insider who allegedly rigged jackpots for himself and others for years.
