Another stupid math question
I guess the answer is the odds are better on the 7$ ticket than the three 2$ tickets any day.

Which scratchers do you play?
Lottomike, Sorry for the very big delay... I'm afraid I don't have a clue to the newest games. At one time TN lottery would hide them on their web site. I guess they knew someone caught on and stopped it. I do see Giant Jumbo Bucks and Jumbo Jumbo bucks in the next 6-12 months. Giant Jumbo Bucks ($5) ticket has odds of 1:3 with top prize of $150,000 (the most you can win on a $5 ticket in TN) and Jumob Jumbo ($10) ticket has odds of 1:2.5 (best for any $10 ticket) with a top prize of $500,0

Odds given on mega millions are wrong
Because those are the odds of having ZERO white balls plus the mega ball. 1 in 46 does not account for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 White balls plus the Mega ball. The odds listed are correct.

Maddogs Mega Millions Challenge 3/17
Quote: Originally posted by Just6ntlc on March 18, 2006 Congratulations to the winners in this challenge. I know there hasn't been a 5+0 or 5+1 yet. Since a group of 15 WB and 5 MB covers 15,015 of the possible 175,711,536 combinations, the odds of having all 5+1 of the winning numbers are 1:11,703, but the odds of having a 5+0 is 1:1,272 so maybe that will happen.
