This isn't that hard to believe and it isn't a real magical secret either. What your friend is doing is playing 3000 combinations. That you gives you a 1 in 3.33 chance in winning. Not bad. Now you just wait till its 6 overdue by whatever criteria he has figured out in whatever state and play the numbers. Those Royal Trips... about 225 trips a year.
All state draws for a year add up to about....... 22,560 pick-3 draws ! So, we end up with around 225 Trips per year on average. This means we have a trip hit .....every 1 or 2 days in our ALL State Draws results. With Trips being in a constant state of ..... Visiondude, The lottery does follow a bell curve. Certain types of numbers are represented more than others. Over any length of time, without fail, the numbers will follow this path. Quite simply because there are more of those numbers and less of others, depending on how you want to break it down. An easy example is Sum 3 Vs Sum 13.
