Lucky for Life but not this time, lol
Yeah I hate the $2.00 ticket, but I like the odds a lot better. It is a lot easier for me to work with 38 balls as opposed to 49-55. BUT because of the heftier price tag I do not play as much as I would like. So I suppose with those better odds do come a price. If the game was a dollar, I would have spent far more by now. But then there would probably be too many winners, and the lottery would not make any money on the game. So the price does make some sense. But as I said it limits me drastical

How many times you hit pick3 per month?
the odds are against the gamblers.. not the players.. A player will have a reason for playing or not playing a particular number. The odds are better because of research. Gamblers will take any number given and play it to death.. It sorta makes me think of what goes on in the classroom. I have students who look to see why something is the answer and they do very well. Then there are students who will accept the answer as it is and could care less how it is the answer, which in return will ma

How many times you hit pick3 per month?
The real odds for a good predictor could be better, but the prize ratios on the predictor board indicate realistic return figures for the average players.

A Florida Lottery Scam??
The only scam in the Florida pick-4 Lottery is a payout of $5000.00, when the odds are 1 in ten thousand.

2 of 3 (8 Magic # system) - Sad Reality
There are odds for every possible event in the game. It cannot be denied that when you have a three different digit number on your ticket with two of the winning digits, there are only 8 other possible digits to complete the number. Therefore your odds of this ticket winning when all different digits are drawn is 1 in 8. The idea is to wait until all different digits are due. You don't have to play in every draw you know. I never expect a generic set of 2in8 to do well because it isn't conn

Pa. Man Charged With Redeeming Forged Winning Lottery Ticket
BaristaExpress-So, you're a gambler. You say you also shoot from the hip. I got a feeling you also shoot off at the mouth.I wonder what other gamblers who go to Vegas to gamble would think if the casino had a game where the odds of winning were 176 million to one. Can you see them placing $20 $100 bets? I think not.A gambler bets when he thinks he has a good chance of winning. Even though the odds favor the house a gambler calulates the risks verses the rewards and places his bets accordingly.

Lotto South- Potential New Draw Days
Kentucky is losing businesssince Tennessee has started their lottery. The same will happen to neighboring states when North Carolina institutes their games. The lower-level games will continue to lose ground to the two largest games.Leaving Lotto South won't necessarily help them regain sales. Increasing the matrix definitely doesn't help a smaller state such as Kentucky. Shrinking the matrix and having more frequent jackpot winners is an approach that they haven't tried. Hot Lotto's odds are

The most important question on LP
Bob,You've hit my point exactly. Is a quick pick the number force-fed to you from the lottery terminal or is it a 'smart' quick pick that eliminates numbers but still uses a random choice among your numbers and a combo that your RNG picks and not their's?I believe RJOH uses the same technique.....random numbers that you pick from your subset of numbers. Could be wrong on that, but I'm pretty sure he does something similar. The crucial part to the idea is lowering your odds. Even by eliminating th

The most important question on LP
My own method of playing jackpot games and I'm referring to IL Little Lotto only, a 5/39 game, is to eliminate as many possible numbers as possible.I eliminate the 6 coldest numbers, the 6 most overdue numbers and the 5 numbers that played last night. The latter happens about equally...45% of the time there is a repeat and 45% of the time there is not. This brings my numbers played to about 23-25. It also lowers my odds to about 33,000 - 50,000 to one of hitting the jackpot from 575,000 to one
