cheesegrits So someone develops a system for hitting Cash 3 or Cash 4 on a reliable basis. The lottery commission notices someone is cashing in on a regular basis for big wins. Never say never, but I would like to think someone sharp enough to develop such a system would also be sharp enough to stick to Pick 3 payoffs under any taxable amount. sysp34, I still don't get it... I guess the questions I should be asking are: 1. Is the term Tier that you are using related to the output from the LP Deflate 3 - Pick 3 Number Reduction System ? and if so, 2. What settings did you use in Deflate to get the output that you did? When I see Tier , my lottery mind tells me we're talking LP Deflate 3. If you could tell me the answers to those two questions, that would help tremendously.
