Poll: raffle or scratcher
What's better between these two?
Illinois has a new $20 scratcher, 20 X 20. the top prize is $20,000 a week for 20 years.
The raffle is usually a $20 ticket for a shot at one $1,000,000 prize.
I don't know how many prizes are going to be awarded on the scratcher, it's so mew it's not posted on the remaining Prizes page of the Illinois Lottery website yet.
The raffle is usually run selling 500,000 tickets and awarding four $1,000,000 prizes and about 500 lower prizes. It comes out to

Is the Millionaire Raffle ADM Hacker Proof?
My subject line question may upset some, and confuse others. Let me explain. I am a retired computer programmer/analyst with considerable experience designing and implementing encryption systems, as well as intimate knowledge of how sequences of random numbers can be produced. Rather than go into a long and esoteric mathematical explanation of random number generation, I will cut to the chase and direct my question to those who will know exactly what I'm talking about. Hopefully, at least one of

Michigan Raffle
Well now there is a surprise!
Party World in Comstock Park sold another big winner.
Alpena, which has had its share of Fantasy Five winners, sold a big raffle winner.
Not to go unnoticed, Ypsilanti sold yet another big Keno winner.
These raffles shut me out again...so much for them being easier to win.
The only other games to shut me out were Change Play, Zinger, and that online card game (I forget what it was called) on those old orange and yellow tickets. They don

Who could dedicate some time to collecting all the info needed, so that I can plug them into the calendar?
The info I need for each raffle is:

Oregon Lottery to start new raffle game
They can't return 85% because the lottery is strictly controlled by the laws under which it was setup. Government lotteries are started to create a lot of revenue for the states, so they will always have this kind of return, give or take.
Raffles of any kind are not for people who want to pick their numbers. There are lots of other games for that.
Have you ever picked your own numbers when you play a 50/50? If you win the 50/50 are you really concerned that it only returned 50%? If you los
