Great subject Mike! I believe that the Lottery once again boasted of record sales this year. It amazes me that a Lottery could have record sales, yet the worse payouts on their daily games. If people are just not playing then how did the old Director keep his job? Not despite the fact that they spent over 10 million on advertising. It worked! 919 double I can make any state in the union have a double the day I play it. No matter if they have just had 2 or 3 or 4 doubles in a row.....or even if they have had 5 doubles in a row.
