But doubt it though, since the 4th quarter raffle, which is a busy ticket buying time, didn't sell out. They'll be lucky to sell 300K tickets in 2 months during winter. Hey guys, So, I like playing the lottery and everything but I don't like how I do it at the moment only buying 5 lines for a big draw and not playing for the small draws.
