This is incomplete reporting. It took 3 sets of people to pull this scam yet only two sets are reportedly being punished. The biggest culprits in this fraud are the actual winners. They are the linchpins in the entire fraud as nothing can happen without them. What are their names, how much did they owe, how much did they win and what were the punishments meted out?

I kind of laugh whenever I see stories about Nigerian Lottery Scam. I'm pretty sure those Nigerians are not laughing whenever they see those stories. The funny part is that some of those scams, originate from the Islands, Russia and even here in the United States, but all those Nigerians get shoved under the bus, even the ones that have never seen a computer before. SAD.

Wasn't there a class in NY on how to be a pan handler years ago? The new way now is Go Fund Me scams, I will never understand how anyone can knowingly scam people, seems like many have no conscience anymore especially the ones that use their children as the excuse.
