interesting stats
Todd,I can't envision any state having a scheme to not pay out any prize money because someone who would talk. I was thinking of the kind of corruption revealed recently in the scam of the lottery worker and his two buddies buying the million dollars scratch-off ticket. The other day while I was buying my lottery tickets, another lottery player remarked that he had bought a box/straight pick3 ticket everyday for the last 3 months and hadn't won anything and the pick3 game had to be a scam. PA Match 6 - It's a great game
But it's not without flaws. The most glaring is the $2 price. Also, the $500,000 minimum jackpot is probably turning away players. The casual player doesn't notice the fact that it's cash, or that the odds of winning are only 1 in 4,000,000. What I would suggest is up the matrix to 6/59, lower the price to $1, and make the minimum jackpot $1,000,000 cash. The odds would be upped enough that changing the other amounts wouldn't be neccesary.

Iowa man wins $100,000 lottery for second time
An eastern Iowa man has beat extraordinary odds by winning $100,000 from the Iowa Lottery's Cash Game a second time.K. Morris Richardson picked up his second jackpot on Tuesday. I just kind of smiled all the way to the bank, he said.Richardson first won $100,000 in 2000 through the same daily game. His latest win came when he matched the five numbers for Monday's drawing.Richardson, 79, a member of the Solon American Legion Post 460, bought the $100,000 Cash Game ticket at a Hy-Vee Food store.

What's the most you've spent on a ticket?
The most I have ever spent was the last time Michigan had a WinFall. The odds of matching three are 1 in 53. The prize I believe was almost $50. I had 3 $20 bills on me so I plopped those down. Unfortunately the odds didn't work in my favor that time and I didn't win squat. But I didn't care. It was fun and about $21 went to public schools in Michigan. I matched three of six and four of six on the same drawing back in January for almost $1000. And I only spent $20 that time. humppp. ha
