The multiplier is a scam. They dont make it perfectly clear that 2nd tier prize is capped at $2M, regardless of multiplier picked. Great if you have a lower tier hit . . . . I guess.

California's scratch-off tickets have become a scam. What happened to the tickets with the three letters? I would hit on those with regularity. The tickets they use now with the PDF417 bar code are a joke. Second chance is a State revenue sponsored scam. If you win money in the lottery, you can deduct those losing tickets from taxes owed. Whats more important? Saving your losing tickets to pay taxes owed on winnings or losing them on something like a t shirt?
