Powerball will it happen tonight
The multiplier is a scam. They dont make it perfectly clear that 2nd tier prize is capped at $2M, regardless of multiplier picked. Great if you have a lower tier hit . . . . I guess.

Lottery winner who spent $20M on boyfriend's bail money to appear on 'Fix My Life' series
he's right. any insurance, stock market investments, municipal bonds will turn into a scam when everyone tries to collect at the same time. it's a pyramid scheme. sure they can pay out to people as long as there aren't a multitude of claims. if california falls into the sea via an earthquake, no one will collect a nickel. if yellowstone erupts forget about filing a claim when your house is covered in 10' of soot along with hundreds of thousands of others. insurance companies spend the money you

Internal investigation concludes Tipton acted alone to rig lottery drawings
About two months ago I emailed the Wisconsin lottery. My question was... Are the RNG computers separate from the lottery mainframe? They told me the RNG computers were indeed separate. There is no internet connection. The RNG computers (three of them) are locked in a secure cabinet, in a locked room on a secure floor. My assumption is... Those computers are surrounded by video cameras and no single person is allowed in that room. That being the case, how did Tipton do this? If he in fact did

I use to hit $100 winning tickets from $3 tickets all the time before the switch. Here's a list of the winning tickets I can reme

Second Chance Reward Lottery Tickets
Second chance is a State revenue sponsored scam. If you win money in the lottery, you can deduct those losing tickets from taxes owed. Whats more important? Saving your losing tickets to pay taxes owed on winnings or losing them on something like a t shirt?
