I don't think there's anything to prohibit you from contacting him and asking to pay him for his system. He just can't publicly sell it here, or the place will turn into a frenzy of people trying to scam their systems out. A few people get duped and lose big, they start looking to hold the host of the forum that allowed the marketing to hold responsible. Makes sense to me to just not allow it.

All of Craigslist lottery systems
Maybe he's a graduate of J.S.U. (Jamaican Scam University) and he's moved on to this. There's plenty of people looking for a winning pick 3 system, and it's a little more under the radar than the jackpot scams they use to rip off the elderly.

Yes that has happened (not in a while) but I find if it is the Manager they get it right the flunkies or hourly people can mess it up and 1 time I went back and told the Manager that the guy who worked the previous night did not give me back the correct change (which I wasn't pulling a scam he really didn't) and he gave me my money. I guess if they know you they are more likely to help if you have an issue.

Offshore gambling site laundered $2 million in Amazon gift cards, Feds say
I always thought it was a scam.
I win I know I can go to store and get my money.
Why should I wait for my money and also can't get what you win all at once.
Sure sounds like a scam to me.
Can't believe people are so stupid to even do it online !!

FBI warns about lottery fraud
It's funny how the Nigerian scam is usually prevalent in Jamaica, Texas/Georgia and the Soviet Union. Picture somebody from Russia trying to talk like a Nigerian . I think some of those good Nigerians are getting a bad rap.

FBI warns about lottery fraud
Anxiously awaiting my lottery scam phone call. Will play along to the max and even ask where to wire the money to. then they'll call in a few days (I would imagine) and say they did not receive the money. Then I'll give them a fake name of the person that received the money.

FBI warns about lottery fraud
This is similar to Nigerian 419 scam. Even if you played lotto, ur the one who has to contact the lotto agency or whomever u bought the ticket from after u win. These scammers tend to target the elderly a lot, and I thought wisdom grows when people age. Common sense should prevail in such cases. I'm seen my share of scammers here on LP too. Caveat emptor!

N.C. Powerball winner target of $10M lawsuit by local pastor
As soon as I read that the pastor was led to Marie Homes home to pray with her, that was enough for me. All it was about was to scam her out of her lottery money! I don't know why there isn't some law that would state that oral agreements would not be allowed in state lotteries! I've stated this before. Another court case, of He said she said Ridiculous.

With $63M jackpot expiring today, Calif. Lottery sued by owner of damaged ticket
This guy should go to McDonalds and spill a hot coffee on himself, he'd have better luck collecting. Those numbers aren't in order and they look hand written. Scam! Put that guy in jail! He gives lottery players a bad name.
