OhioSuperLoto 649P $23M... 04/12/03
To CASH Only,If you don't live near Ohio, don't play the Ohio lotteries, don't like them and don't plan to ever play them, why would you care about their format? I don't play lotteries on the east coast and don't waste any time getting upsetted about their rules.I hope Ohio listens to people who actually play their lotteries because over ten years ago, they listened to groups of none players who thought that more than $20M was too much for one winner and limited the amount that one winning ti

Mega Millions getting boring
Mega Millions will be a year old in May (when Ohio and NY joined the Big Game group.)The long jackpot odds and expanded player pool fueled speculation (including on this website) that a $500 million jackpot was inevitable. However, there has yet to be a $200 million MM jackpot (despite a $330+ million Big Game prize the month before MM began.)I propose a new version of Mega Millions to take effect immediately after Labor Day: **5/55 + 1/49 (longer jackpot odds, but overall chance of winning be

Systems and Strategies 101
Lottowiz,I can see where Visiondude is and the few here who shares his opinion are going with their argument. It is clear to me they never delved into the structure of numbers or, maybe the study thereof. When picking lottery numbers, beit the Pick3,Pick4 and even Powerball, they are not accounting for the fact that, they are slicing a piece off of a huge pie of say 999 to 1 odds by picking 3 numbers or 9999 to 1 odds when picking 4 numbers, because it's too much pie to slice ( in their minds ). Now

Lotto TEXAS
Yeah but ok you have the population...you are selling lots of tickets....that will create bigger rollovers. But not as many rollovers. 1 in 135 million are long odds but they are not impossible. If they wanted those jackpots to reach monumental heights then they would have to have odds of 1 in 200 million or higher. With New York in the population base that is a lot of tickets they are selling. If the lotteries sell what 60 million tickets that gives almost a 1 in 2 chance that the jackpo

Do lottery systems really work?
Great explanation Andrew but I DOUBT he'll understand or get what your trying too explain to him as being a FACT and not just someone's Biased opinion. If Lottery games were truly RANDOM then no one would win not evenQuick-Pick players. And anyone who says it's LUCK with quick-picks needs there HEAD examined the only thing luck related is the individual who happen too be 1 of the persons with the winning combination. But when you look at the statistical ODDS OF A GAME like FL Fantasy 5for example w

Is there a limit?
With Powerball, for $42 you can lower your odds from 120 Million to 1 to 2.9 Million to 1. Which isn't too bad.

masscash 5/35
In Ohio we have Buckeye5 a 5/37 game which I don't play very often, but when I do, I play 8 combinations which have all 37 numbers in them and have not matched 3 in the last 80 draws . I most always match 2 for $1 and about 25% of the times I match 3 for $10 which is a little better than the overall odds but I still come up short. I have matched 4 several times, but I have never matched 5. The odds in your 5/35 game is a little better, so maybe you will have better luck. Good luck to you.RJOh
