Hi everybody,The reason the PA 6/69 game is so awful is because there are 69 numbers in the number field! Therefore, it is more likely for the State to profit from this since the odds are astronomical.A 6/49 game, on the other hand, presents much better odds. Boycott the 6/69 game. It has at least 20 more numbers in it than it really needs. I live on the PA/NJ border so I usually play the NJ 6/49. Now that you mention it, I have noticed that a lot of pick3 predictors in a lot forums list a lot of numbers hoping they will hit somewhere in the U.S. If you consider any mixture of the combinations a hit (boxed) then the odds of a hit is 1:220 or better, and it you have twenty numbers that cut the odd to 1:11 of one of those numbers hitting in a single drawing and when you add the fact that there are more than 40 pick3 drawing daily the odds becomes 4:1 or better. To Bug,It's always nice to get something back, even if it is less than I spent, it just nicer to get more. When I code my ideas is GWBasic, I alway code a way to change the variables or data as the program runs. As far as looking at those even numbers, I'm always looking for a smaller and more productive group of numbers. Odds of winning some $$ tonight
I bought 20 $.50 easy picks for tonight. 6 were doubles and 14 were all different. two of the 14 were the same. so we got 6*3+13*6 which is 96. I have 96 of the possible 1000 different combinations for tonights Michigan Evening. That is about a one in 10 chance of taking home some bacon. I haven't won yet since I won that three times in 4 days, the last win coming on Christmas Eve. Lets hope for the best!:) Brad

I made a comparison of all the 28 States that have a 5 number lottery game. This includes the odds and prize amounts of each state and how they compare, who has the best, or the worse odds and / or payoff.I'm missing the prize amounts paid by 2 states, Illinois and the District of Columbia.
