Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I haven't played Mega Millions since the price rose to $5.00 per ticket in April. I wonder if Powerball will follow suit in the near future.
Truth be told, I would rather the ticket prices be lowered at $1.00 per ticket like before when the jackpots were won at $300 million every three months. I would have been fine without the billion dollar jackpots.
I am honestly considering daytrading instead of buying lottery tickets. After all, even if 95% of daytraders fail, my odds of succeeding

Best 3 Digit Numbers to Play - Counting Hack Trick
I'd like to share with this site's members, my Cost Benefit spreadsheet for the Bell Curve. It gives you the probability of any three digit number based on its digital sum. It's a simple concept but very powerful.
As an example, the digital sum of 999 is 9 + 9 + 9 = 27. It's a terrible number to play because it can only occur in one way. It has the odds of 1 in a thousand! Here are examples of much better numbers to play, 283, or 374, or ,681, or 547.
They are better because they are m

Office Pool concept
The job of collecting money exists only when you run it as a subscription service. That's why I suggest not doing so. When the only people who participate are the ones who hand you cash, there are no debts to collect. No money? No participation, end of story.
One way to simplify things is to open the pool for entries for all drawings over the next week, or all drawings over the next two weeks (as opposed to each drawing individually or allow people to buy in for any number of drawings they w

New Mega Millions game reports 300% increase in non-jackpot prizes in first month
I think things are mostly going to plan for them. They are selling less tickets but bringing in more money. I'm sure they expected the under $100M to be a slower pace. At this point the jackpots are funded. And at $200M it's going to start picking up the pace quite a bit. At $500M they're going to start really getting the results they want of much bigger increases when everyone on the sidelines jumps back in.
The odds of winning were 302M previously, now they are about 290M with half

New Mega Millions game reports 300% increase in non-jackpot prizes in first month
l hear your point. However between now and Christmas we have 32 weeks and since we have two play per week that is about 74 draws. This system is a completely different beast by itself people think the $10 million increase is small but we all forget that they at the same time pay out more in price per draw. Also just because something took 32 draws or three months before doesn't mean it will take the same now. There are about one in 300 million chance approximately to win the Jackpot. So if they

Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
Edward Tippton, The pa pick 3 scandel! This --- BALTIMORE (WBFF) Many players of Maryland's lottery games are chilled by the findings of a recent audit which reveals that the same people are winning Maryland's top lottery prizes over and over again.
The state legislative audit of Maryland's Lottery Agency revealed that, in a one-year period, eight players had won top lottery prizes 200 or more times.
In the state's Pick 4 game, where the odds of winning are one-in-10,000, auditors found

State Lottery Minimum Jackpot to bet.
Here in NY a ticket for Lotto gives me nearly 13 time the chance of a jackpot as a ticket for PB or MM, and the Lotto ticket is only $1, and the cash value of Lotto is also slightly better than it is for PB or MM. Based on that I figure each $1 million of the advertised jackpot for Lotto is the probabilistic equivalent of $26 million for PB or $65 million for MM. The current Lotto jackpot is $9.3 million, so comparable to a $242 million PB jackpot or $604 million for MM. Although I wouldn't play

Quick pick, Self pick or Self Random pick
On the Texas Lotto game when it gets up to $9 or $10 million cash, I will play all the numbers in the game on 9 lines. It really reduces the odds of hitting the jackpot over just playing one or even a few lines. It's still hard, but all the numbers are guaranteed to be on no more than 6 lines.
I play it once a week on Saturday when the jackpot is the highest (unless it is won earlier in the week).
If I play it Wednesday I'll just do one ticket QP.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Same here, zero tickets.
That type of game should be $1/line so you can decide how many chances you would like to buy to beat the astronomical odds.
$5 for one line with a multiplier I don't want? No thank you!

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I've stopped playing Mega Millions completely.
The automagic multiplier does not impress.
The odds are a mess.
I'll play the others for less.
