Hi Joe, thanks for your reply. I have read all the ways the lottery describes it's payout percentages that you have iterated here. This is exactly my point, the machine itself displays game rules which say the overall odds of winning a prize are such and such. Well as you have pointed out the result of each spin is random and long term principles apply, is not the impression any regular reasonable gambler gets when they look at the rules and see overall odds of winning .
