Newbie with a few questions...
Hey guys, I'm new to this site and wanted some input from some of you more 'seasoned' scratchers. I'm not a 'big spender' and typically will buy a few scratchers here or there, so obviously I don't consider myself an expert when it comes to this... With that said, I've come into a few bucks and have always wanted to buy a roll of tickets, partly for the fun of it, and the other part being the 'unknown'. Checking in from the southeast corner. I tend to do best if I only buy a single ticket from a roll - I scatter a $5 on 2 or 3 tickets. Have not had any large winners this way, but tend to be able to break even or better. Seems not so many care for them, but I like the $3 tickets. Odds are closer to the $5 tickets - odds in general suck. TN isn't clear in winning ticket odds - sure they include the free tickets in those odds, know what I mean? Which...means that yes you can get away with not repeating a digit like that about 90% of the time. has anyone ever sued the lottery for misleading on scratchers?
