Are you looking for the best games to play in your state?
rcbbuckeye - Thanks for being the first to question our recommendations. I'll provide you the analysis details on just these two games in question.
We analyze the ODDS of winning just a top prize. But to do that you have to track all of the data for every game the lottery publishes:
Having all of the data for every game, you can calculate the total number of tickets remaining. Compare that to the total number of top prizes remaining.
To simplify it: Game # 1719 is like looking for 1

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
it's wrong to throw out odds, probabilities and percentages based on theory, rather than real world results.
Actually, I feel somewhat insulted when I read postings telling me that there is xx percent of something happening, but no comment on how many revolutions the projection is based on.
I couldn't agree with you more on your statements but, this one particularly resonates with me. Yes, you and I have slight disagreements on pre-testing and that's cool. But, if one really thinks ab

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
Welcome peachscratcher,
Don't get too many new GA people in the scratch off section. I started playing 3 years ago, and I have learned a lot. Honestly everyone's strategy is different and everyone has a different level of spending. I don't touch $20s or $30s that often. $10s every now and then, but I used to prefer that domination of ticket until they made the odds worse on them. I tend to stay in the $5 and $2 ticket range these days.
First off look at the detailed odds on all the ticket

Fla Pick 5
While your earlier picks have yet to come up in P5, I did notice that you had two picks from your 22 selection Aug 6 set come up boxed with a 6 day and 13 day delay.
Your Aug 6 pick 38012 hit Aug 12 Eve as 32801 Your Aug 6 pick 78109 hit Aug 19 Mid as 87091
Playing your 22 selection Aug 6 set at .50 box Mid/Eve for 14 days would have beat the odds and profited like this:
P5 Boxed odds 1 in 833.3 (.0012) Expectation for your set per draw: .0264 Expectation for your set over 14 days, 2

Losing faith in lottery, dismayed at what I'm seeing in America
Really? Hmm...I kinda thought the odds were better with scratch offs. I'm not addicted to them, but it's more exciting and usually better payoff. But $10, $20 and $30 wins here and there is kinda time consuming for the payout. So I might be considering dropping all the cheaper scratch tickets.
The draw games haven't given me any more than $28 prize when I played fantasy 5 a few months ago. The state I live in, there's only the 3X daily pick 3 and pick 4. I hate those games. Morning afternoon

I'm growing angrier with lotteries each day!
I can't Imagine myself getting so uptight about the inability to beat astronomical odds. It's so weird...lol...I would think that's a given. Hello..lol
Not too healthy centering your real life around something so remote, it's almost untouchable.
The only legitimate issue I get angry over is the bogus pre and post tests.
Find it strange that people get discouraged because they don't win the JP, even though they are aware of the astronomical odds against them winning. Then complain usin

Missouri Pick 3 Quick Picks 07/01/16-7/31
This is all Missouri lottery know how to do, clap back with sum 10 when they get hit for some change.
Funky, real funky, how bout, 460? 811? WTF? Their computers stay on recycle mode, bobbing somebody head with this BS.
First, it's the gimmick A quick picks, same D((( quick picks that were just drawn.
Now this BS.
Keep running all even numbers, when all odds are due, no odds, means= odds are against the player .
Bye Felicia for real.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
With the $5 ticket, I feel like they've took a risk. The chances of hitting the top jackpot is bad compared to $5 games we've seen recently, however, the chances of hitting $5k might be one of the best we've seen (since the existence of scratchoff tickets, can a veteran confirm?)
1 in 30k for a $5k prize on a $5 ticket would be a pretty nice hit. The $500 odds isn't bad, 1 in 2.4k which is comparable to the $5 Winning (or losing) streak.
This $20 ticket might be one of the best

Georgia Lottery Scratch Offs
First day release luck today.
Played the 2 $1 Red White Blue both lost
$3 Let's Win This (Which has decent odds) #099 $5 winner
$5 $, no seriously thats what its called lol, #059 $20 winner!
So $10 spent and $25 back!
New $20 ticket seems worse than the 20K winfall odds wise even though the overall odds are pretty close.
Might play again tomorrow, but we'll see.

What do you use for statistical analysis?
I also use code that I write. I use Visual Basic and Visual C++. I realize these languages are going by the wayside, but I've used these environments for 20 years and have no desire to go through the learning curve with Python or Ruby, assuming you can even write GUI programs in those languages.
Also, there is the matter of re-writing a rather large library of utilities - not a task that I savor . . .
I use VB where speed performance is not an issue. VB will report errors in code when you
