I asked the search engine about NC digital instant games and what money they take in vs what money they pay out. justimg618 Education: In reality lottery money appears to go into education but somewhere else in the state budget or in the education system itself an equal or greater amount than what 'went in' to education is taken out. You can only find this out via non-lottery sources.
