What is your opinion about buying scratch offs out of a vending machine?
I have never purchased from a vending machine, but a cashier told me today that some people swear by them. She said she doesn't know why some people feel it's better to get them out of a vending machine because they are the same as the rolls they have on the counter. What do you think?

Virginia Lottery Vending Machine
Beware of VA lottery scam!! Virginia lottery vending machine is printing out blank lottery slip and taking your money. Both Right Aid and Virginia lottery refused to give me a refund. It s been over 2 months with no refund. I sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and the Virginia Attorney General Consumer Protection. Lottery Vending Machine
Thursday I used a lottery vending machine for the first time in over a year. In the past, it made me scan my driver's license before buying but this time it just let me buy my ticket without scanning. Is that the norm now? Louisiana changed its driver's license design recently and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
