NOTE: My All-States 7-Day chart may differ slightly from that other guy's chart. Both are correct. I looked at it and concluded that we use slightly different methods of computing the chart. I count the last 7 days that each lottery drew. In the case of lotteries which don't draw on Sundays, I ignore the missed day and still count their last seven days worth of draws. The other guy, I think, counts the last 7 calendar days worth of draws, period. If a state didn't draw on Sunday, then he puts in null values for that day and computes using 6 days worth of data for that state. In my case, I ignore the missed day and pull in in a full 7 days worth of data.

I prefer my way because I'm looking at a true previous 7 days worth of data for each lottery every day. However, his way makes more sense in the case of, say, Puerto Rico when their lottery gets knocked offline for extended periods of time by storms. I thought about that and modifed my method to make sure that I wouldn't be including very stale data from, say, Puerto Rico in the event of an extended outage. I modified my method in the following way — If a lottery is offline for more than 7 days, I drop their data completely until they come back online. Once they are back online and stable for 7 days, I add their data back to the mix and go on.

Again, his way may be superior in some instances, but I think my way makes more sense in the normal day-to-day case. Usually the charts are extremely similar, but they do differ slightly and I'm pretty sure that's why.

Hi GoJettie! Welcome to the thread! Feel free to post here as you like. This thread has a different purpose than increase's official thread. I felt that I needed a little more "elbow room" to post charts and discussion that I think are just a distraction in the official thread where folks mostly just want to know what that day's numbers are going to be. I hope other folks who want to post bigger charts or engage in more extensive discussion about workups will also feel free to post their workups, charts, and discussion here.

677 and 917 have synced together 24 days apart through almost the whole history of the lottery. Maybe today is the day for another Sync hit? Maybe not. Either way, 917 is my number for today.

Another oddball coincidence, *591 is starred because it has a one-hop sync with the 160 we got 29 days ago. Those two are now and forever a Sync pair at 29 days! You have to enjoy draws like this because we've had some runs of very boring numbers and suddenly everything is coinciding...
