  The NY Lottery in effect is "testing" a 4+1 concept, which is the format of "Texas Two-Step" and Florida's "Mega Money". I can't see Take Five eliminated (there's even a Take Five SCRATCH game whose prizes include free plays for the regular Take Five) although perhaps NY could try a 4+1 game along with Take Five (FL and TX each have a pick-5 in addition to their 4+1 games.)

  Take Five started in 1992 as a Friday-only game; it's now seven days a week.
