I call this responsibly pooling...This is only if you have a system that can win Pick4 anytime with $200 dollars everytime you bet...This will take some time but at the end, each member of the pool will make: $190,000 per year without spending any dime but there is a catch is only after 5 years that each member of the pool will make: $190,000 per year...But it gets better because after the 10th year each member of the pool will make: close to $400,000 a year...It requires a pool of 5 members and each member chips in $40 per game for 1 year only...I know is expensive...You can do it with $20 per game for 1 year but it will require members to spend $100 per game and win Pick4 "Straight with it" which is kind of hard.....

This pooling requires some trust and patience...Again this is only if you could FOR SURE, win Pick4 with $200 all the time....

$20 x 365 days = $7,300 x 5 members = $36,500 but because Pick4 is played twice a day it will be: $73,000 however that's only spending $20 per game if you spend $40 per game it will be: $146,000 that the pool of 5 members will spend but dont be dismayed because is only for 1 year...After the 1st year it pays itself...

Now $5,000 Pick4 Straight jackpot x 365 days = 1.82 million dollars...But because you are playing it twice a day it will be: 3.65 million dollars...

so you have been cutt some slack...you dont need 10 tickets or 20 tickets to win Pick4 but instead: 200 tickets...

You know i was watching the Newspaper and i saw a laptop and it hit me...Why not create typing competitions game sort of like a Pick3 in schools...

This can be done in any country...Australia, Africa, South America, Central America, Scandinavia, Balkans, Nepal, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Canada, Phillipines, etc...they can even do it in the USA....

Out of those 1 billion will be towards: researching on how to create or perfecting the pill that will neutralize hornyness, i am talking neutralizing hornyness maybe for an entire day...

With the 1 billion 600 million it will go towards, creating some kind of incentive experiment so that men get the vasectomy forever...It will be an EXPERIMENT, to see how they do in life...Particularly teenagers boys, some families, some sexual predators, for instance there could be a law that says that whoever is caught having sex with a female teenager, will undergo a vasectomy and this will pay for it...This will not cure the problem but it will prevent female teenagers from having kids if they got in contact with an adult men and i was just thinking this could prevent abortions or lower the number of abortions...

Look as crude as this may sound? Which one you rather a 15 year old female having sex with a repeater sexual predator age 30 or a baby aborted by a 15 year old teenager you take your pick....And is funny because i believe in abortions...Dude this is an "EXPERIMENT" see how it results...If the experiment results good then more money, way more money will be allocated towards it....Like this could be done in a couple of small countries and see how it works....

Even if this is successful it has me worry because if every man in the world got himself a vasectomy there will be a sex frenzy...Dude people will be at work daydreaming about sex which will cause the company not to be productive and the economy will collapse...That's why i didn't allocate a lot of money towards it...

It also comes down to which one you rather: Teenagers having babies or teenagers having sex with vasectomies or teenagers aborting the baby after they have sex....just remember nowadays teenagers do 3 somes and 4 somes...take your pick...it should be a question/poll that should be asked...I dont care which one you rather i am trying to tackle a problem here...

Also i am thinking if a good chunk of the population got vasectomies, they will try and adopt their kids which will cause a lot of people to choose a kid different from their features or outside their race which if you think about it, we could mixed the world it will take some centuries not to mention that it could prevent world war4 or 10 or whatever, but the problem is that it will be a slow secret abortion because you are abstaining a person from having kids, but at the same time you could argue that the human male scrotum holds perhaps billions of sperms that do not come to fruition...YOu could argue that...but at the same time it worries me because the entire world might want to adopt a white children and you are looking at potentially looking at a planet full of blonds, talking about the planet of the apes or should i say the planet of the blonds and you know what that will cause not to mention the collapse or slow down of economies...Again it should be question/poll that should be asked...That's why it should be done as an experiment first....

If you look at it will be like the cousin of cloning...Also you could call it the planet of the apes because what's the name of that monkey that have sex like 20 times a day...Something to think about...

You know what will happened to Africa, since there is going to be a big number of blond people in Africa you are slowly going to see and increase in the number of mixed kids and kids that look like those kids that are from a mixture between a blond person and a black person, hypothetically don't know if it will happened that way, and then Africa will look mixed but it will slowly by slowly turn all blond...Again it will be the planet of the blonds or the planet of the apes i should say...Also there is something i don't know can AIDS be still spread if you have a vasectomy....So this might cause an increase of AIDS and sexually trasmitted diseases around the world...And because Africa is going to look mixed there is going to be an increase in tourism towards Africa...Dude dont think is going to be all good, because dont forget that  women will not concentrate and sex is going to be rampant...

I know you are saying No it can't be, but think about something, had Africa been reached earlier in past history it will not look the way it looks now...Just remember that...Also you think that is only Africa that is going to turn like that? IS THE WHOLE WORLD...THE WHOLE WORLD WILL TURN BLOND...

But dude i for instance dont want to turn blond, i dont want to be inloved with myself and is not that but the fact that i am not going to live forever....The only body if i ever have to switch will be that that Jesus promised which i dont know what kind of body is going to be, if he trully is the Son of God...

But dude dont be so excite because is not going to be long lived, because once this planet begins to get older mankind will have to find a way to switch to a new body an animal body that will be able to breath other kind of gases and have a different breathing or pressure or genetic composition...Dude been too inloved with yourself is like a sin...

Dude and i just realized something, which explains many things...The more inloved with yourself that you are the more pride you carry which means that the more ira or anger you carry as potential energy with you if disturbed or being pushed to the limit....Is not just based on your features but your height too...

I was thinking of a transport that will make you change your appearance from 1 feature/race to another by just standing in a transport elevator just the same way the alien in Charlie Sheen does it....This way you will change your appearance at will anytime you like...This way "RACE/FEATURES" will not matter anymore and it will not be the ruler of this world along with oil and sex and money...At least we will tackle 1 off the list...

Since this is a concerted effort from the entire world i say you will gathered like 45 million people...Each chip in $15 per paycheck for 12 1/2 years....It will be: 200 billion dollars...You place it in the bank at: 7% it will be 14 billion dollars comming to you annually....And those 14 billion dollars every year will go towards creating/researching the Transport elevator of the movie "THE ARRIVAL"...

GUYS IT MAY SOUND CRAZY BUT THIS IS NOT ABOUT MONEY THIS IS ABOUT PRINCIPLE...You will never know if you never try...

Even if we were to find the transport elevator it will still not work...Why? But again i don't know if it will work because we live in a very "GAY" planet a mental gay planet...

I got this from the tv news....You know in the USA the lottery rakes in like: 90 billion [i will say i don't know], because in each terminal people are constantly buying lotto tickets...Same thing with newspapers, except that Newspapers cost: 50 cents, half of the lotto tickets...

I think newspapers all of them, rake in half of what the State lottery rakes in...About 45 billion dollars i will say...

45 billion a year that could go towards something important that the USA needs...And that's only in the USA...

Take Argentina or Slovenia for example it has like: 100 newspapers which i will say it will rake like at 50 cents each will rake like: 15 billion or 20 billion a year...Those 20 billions could go for something important that Slovenia or Argentina needs...

But for this to happened TV's will have to be something of a common place, meaning television sets will have to cost really low, really cheap and there will have to be: "PLENTY OF TV NEWS CHANNELS"....1 TV news channels giving news 24/7 does the job of 30 newspapers...For example Slovenia or Argentina could take those 20 billion and use it for road construction, construction of a hidroelectric plant, whatever...And this is not 20 billion a one time payment this is 20 billion every single year...You see i don't know how much an hidroelectric plant cost...With 20 billion do you know how many news channels you can buy???and the paper wasted which amount to like 30 million a year...30 million that could go to something important that Slovenia or Argentina or this world needs....

You know how many sewer treatment plants slovenia could get with 20 billion dollars? Like 20 or 10 of them...what about thrash recycling plants with the next 20 billion dollars coming the following year...and the year after that and the year after that...But there is a problem, i don't know how much the pound of cement cost, but here in Panama they constructed a tiny piece of "carretera" of highway/road again a little tiny/miniscule piece que no tiene ni tamano and it costed $300 million dollars and if you look Panama is not even on the Map, slovenia, Argentina is and again i feel sorry for the USA...Remember most of the roads nowadays were built in the 1900's or before world war 2 or after world war2...That's why they were so cheap to make...So again to all the governments of the world...Is in YOUR best interest to buy out the companies that make cement or the material for roads construction...How many people work in a road construction???Again there is a lot of stuff i don't know...

This is what i was thinking: 20 billion the first year and getting paid $800 per month will hire you: 125,000 people working for you that can work in road construction...Which i say slovenians get paid around that per month, i don't know i will say: $800 per month...Can you imagine if you had: 125,000 people working on road construction...And that was just the first year...You then buy the cement company or whatever the roads are made of and this way roads will be cheaper to make...Or you can always hold the second year and take ANOTHER 20 billion dollars and have 250,000 people working for you...And remember this people will ALWAYS work for you, 30 years from now they will still work for you? How because 160,000 dollars at 6% gives you $9,600 a year which is the same as getting paid $800 a month....Don't forget the population is growing....You know something you could buy? Airports after the 4th year....How much does an airport cost? specially those remotes areas and you have a good revenue coming your way....I said airport not airplanes...Or how about bringing electricity like cables, like internet cables and tv cable to remote areas...How about the Eurotunnel like buying the Eurotunnel driller that i heard cost $30 million dollars....Listen the Eurotunnel only had like 15,000 people working, you will have: 250,000 so it will cost really chip, specially all those mountains like going right through them...All those big machines you see in the history channel, they could be bought....Again you are slower in thinking....And don't forget the population is growing and so is inflation....

Look newspapers are becoming something of the past...Tell me WHO IN THE WORLD READS NEWSPAPERS NOWADAYS? They got TV's...That money spent on newspapers could go into what i mentioned....

Also what about women sport events, to promote women sport???Lots of stadiums are occuppied because they are reserved for men sport, how about stadiums where only women can compete, how much does a stadium cost? 500 million? 700 million? 800 million? or tennis court for women...How many of them can you buy with 20 billion dollars Slovenia/Argentina and remember this is only the 1st year...How about Channels that show women sports only, women sport around the world...See what i am saying???Just Soccer if a channel that shows women soccer matches all around the world for instance Global Universities women soccer matches on TV, a channel that only shows university women soccer matches all around the world there wouldn't be enough space...See what i am saying...This will be a cool idea...A WOMEN'S GLOBAL UNIVERSITIES SOCCER MATCHES CHANNEL...

you know i've had this idea going on 1 year now but didn't give it too much seriousness...This is how to speed up the process of inventions or ideas...However i repeat it will take its toll, it will take a long time...

People come up with ideas because they "SEE" STUFF and many times they see several things that were "COMBINED OR UNITED" together at the right time in the right place, sometimes they will spontaneously think of something and they will COMBINED THEM with other things they think about or combined them with something that already exist and they will begin to ponder or fume as to what they could do with it and that's how invention is created...So i was thinking what if we could speed up that process....

The brain is like a combination padlock where its fiddle with the right column of numbers trying to match it with the other second column of numbers and with the third column of numbers, like a combination padlock...And it begins to rotate on its own fuming/boiling about something that it saw at the right time at the right place, sometimes is just about something in particular selected by choice...

So i was thinking, what if a supercomputer take everything, everything that can possibly exist, every piece of conceivable stuff, both object as well as inanimate objects as well as stuff that can't be touched, and everthing that possibly exist as well as their parts in this planet or universe and it forms a combination, to be specifically a string of a combination, kind of like a combination of let's say: Pick6 or Pick10, for example, Pick10 is a string of a combination of 10 numbers from what i think will be 80 thus Pick10/80...And after the computer forms every conceivable combination it let people see it or read it and think about it and see what they can come up with, what ideas they can think of see if something pops up...You know is not only a combination of things but seeing the picture in different colors or sizes can cause a different output/reaction resulting in a different idea...

There can be a Pick2 string of combination, a pick3, pick4, pick20, pick200, pick7,000 out of whatever amount of things there are and the person can view different string of combination from a pick2 to a Pick7, to whatever amount to see if they can come up with any idea...Not only can they look at it from left to right, but they can look at it from right to left [as a combination or as a permutation], because the right order can also mean the difference to the idea...However such a thing will take its toll on humanity...What do i mean by that? A Pick20/25,000, will have an almost "INFINATE" amount of combinations....And that's just a Pick20, a Pick700/35,000 will also have an almost "INFINATE" amount of combinations...Just the range which is if you count all possible thing existing on earth or the universe, along with inanimate objects along with that which can not be touched counting all of them is like counting the grains of sand of all the world's beaches....And again that's just the range, the Pick or selection can also be infinate or a large number....And this reminds me of the Bible, someone can read a passage of the Bible when she is 17 and read it again that same passage when she is 38 and find or learn or see something totally different....Same thing here...Also looking at the INFINATE string of combinations of things and trying to deduce an idea, will take the entire lifespan of the Sun or the Universe, but again i think is infinate...Just so you all are aware of it...Because 1 person can come and think something totally different from its predecessor....It will be like a lottery...

But the good thing about this is that it speeds up the process of invention or coming up with ideas....

we are going to need this to prepare us for when we cross the stars whenever that might be....It is suffice to say that of all the blogs i've written this is the second or first or third most important blog...

Listen i say lottos all the time because i live in the present, however, in the future maybe some decades from now, maybe some centuries from now...I don't know if the lotto is going to exist, i don't know but i have a hunch that in its place there is going to be games like: "Who wants to be a millionaire"....Games like that are just going to pop up all over the places....So people instead of cracking the lotto they will have to crock a series of long questionaires....Dont worry is not going to be now but you can say that the seed has been planted...

This is so you all are aware....They will do this to promote intelligence, knowledge, nerdism, intellectual, and people to read more....

Again the game "Who wants to be a Millionaire" is going to be the replacement of lottos in the future or distant future...You know people find it hard to crack the numbers and a lot of people can't even see the numbers if they dont have their glasses on, plus if you try to crack the lotto you are going against a cartel called Lotto...So is really difficult for them...

If you think the college SAT test or ASVAG test was difficult, well think again...
