Cities across the USA please listen to me...You need to have a CITY LOTTOS...That is played by the residents of the particular city and won only by the residents of that city...It could be money, a house, cars, etc...You need to do this, please listen to me...I've heard some of the most ridiculous things, like Cities having their own currency, yet the most important part, cities having their own Lottos is none existent...

TO EUROPE: GLOBAL WEALTHY LOTTO: Listen Europe you like to be in the forefront of a lot of things...Well you need to be pushing for a "Global Wealthy Lotto" that it will be tax free....I want you to read this article about the transformers movie:

It says that after just 5 days transformers reached 200 million dollars and is getting to reach the 400 million dollars mark...It also says that it did that domestically meaning it did it only in the USA...Ask yourself, how many people in the Population went and see that movie in the movie theaters only in the USA, how many people in the USA goes and watch movies in the movie theaters?...Also is not a movie is a sequel and how much is the movie theaters ticket price? 8-10 dollars per ticket...How much does the Global Wealthy Lotto cost? between $15-$200 dollars per ticket [dont know the exact amount], the fan BASE of wealthy people around the world is increadibly bigger than the fan base or people who go to the movie theaters and watch movies in the USA...Europe you are the only continent that can make it tax free...This does not need to be tax, other stuff yes but this one does not...Tell me if people pay 8 or 9 dollars to see a 2 hour movie, how much more they will be willing to pay to win 100 million or 450 million dollars.....I am guessing such a GLOBAL WEALTHY LOTTO will raise like 2 billion dollars EVERY DAM WEEK or 10 days....TAX FREE...So you could set it up the following way: 4 winners of 400 million dollars each & 16 winners of 10 million dollars each & 40 millions to charity AND there can only be 1 winner not multiple winners and this is EVERY DARN WEEK....In 1 year there will be: 192 winners of 400 million dollars & 768 winners of 10 million dollars as second prize & almost 2 billion dollars gone to different charities every year...ALL THIS TAX FREE....or you can have, 16 winners winners of 100 million dollars, 16 winners of 10 million dollars & 40 million dollars to charity or diseases research, EVERY WEAK...If you chose it this way there will be: 768 winners of 100 million dollars each, 768 winners of 10 million dollars & almost 2 billion dollars donated to charity EVERY YEAR....

Is up to you, but however you do it, remember, DOES THE STOCK MARKET DO THIS? Listen Las Vegas is not for Wealthy people....What does Wealthy people need to be doing in las Vegas, looking for women perhaps but looking for money not in las Vegas...I wish there was one that could create 800 winners of 400 million dollars a year, that will be wonderful...But at least this is a start....

 Has any of you all heard anything about the subject...Just trying to help...Has anyone done work outs about the columns? When i mean columns or any work out of column of combinations this is what i mean...

Most of the time, most work outs look at the ROWS of combinations but nobody looks at the COLUMNS of numbers [pick5, powerball, pick6, keno]....

Suppose we have the winning combinations:

11- 23- 32- 35- 36    6/16/2009

01- 03- 11- 24- 34     6/17/2009

10- 13- 14- 35- 38      6/18/2009

05- 10- 13- 22- 37     6/19/2009

you can look on you all work outs at: 11, 01, 10, 05 or you can look diagonal at: 11,03,14, 22..And work on whatever you all work and see whatever you all need to see...I don't think i've ever heard of any system looking at the numbers that way...I don't know if there is any software that looks at the numbers that way...When there should be at least 1...

or you could add: 11+01; 23+03; 32+11; 35+24; 36+34....And look for something....For instance something i can see on looking at: 11+01; 23+03; 32+11; 35+24; 36+34 is the E/O... for instance i can see on the PIck5 sample: O+O; O+O; E+O; O+E & E+E and for example if you knew the E+O or O+E or E+E or O+O combination that was coming on the next drawing and suppose the combination that played yesterday was 11- 23- 32- 35- 36 and suppose that you have for example O+E on the first pair you will have

O+ 11-6 & 11+6 or it could be E+ 11-5 & 11+5 so if is +5 it will be half of that because you are only looking for E....if you was looking for O it will be half of 5 or Half of 6....which reduces the numbers, combinations...If for the second pair you had O+O which is 23 you will have O+ 23-6 & 23+6 or it could be -5 & +5 but since you are looking for O+O it will have half of 6 or half of 5....The key knowing for sure what the pair combination for tomorrow is going to be: If you knew that it was going to be for example: O+O; O+E;  E+E; E+E & E+O [for pick5]....you will have it made AND PLEASE BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL WIN THE LOTTERY...

i forgot to say that for Powerball it will be like +7 & -7 or +8 & -8...you have to find the right balance...

Again if you knew for sure what was going to be the E+O pair combination you will have your time cut out for you AND YOU WILL WIN THE LOTTERY....

Going back to the begin...Did you see what i saw from looking at Columns work out? Nobody has work on that...I have not heard ANY literature about the subject...

They could even look at the ending digits and do the same to the ending digits and then deduce, if you don't know what deducing is check my other blogs....

I was just trying to help....All i was saying is i have not seen anyone look at the numbers through columns plus what i mentioned is a good system....Get it on a supercomputer with algorithms and you will certainly win the lottery...This is another algorithms that can win the lottery....Talking about the E+O column pairs...

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

They could even add the High/Low numbers...Low numbers been the first half of the range of the particular game and the high numbers been the second higher half of the particular range...For example: Pick5/44, low numbers been 1-22 and high numbers been 23-44 which will be the constraints...YOu could add that when constructing the E+O Column pairs...Also it is good to know that there is most of the time half of the numbers would be O+E or E+O...Also another constraint is the "High ending digits and Low ending digits"....

Again if you can see what i see, remember finding a way to create the bulb that will replace the sun once the sun is out, that will shine on earth for 388 billion years and give us time to find another worm hole to another universe [if you have been reading my blog], Africa's agricultural problem, the vaccine that will cause anyone to have any kid of any race/features, States of libraries of chemistry algorithms, a Global Association/Comradery of Teens nerds & geniuses, making mathematics & Chemistry easier, creating the ONLY mathematics & only chemistry courses that is 24/7 for 25 dollars per month in every town in the USA and in every town in every country in the world, the Chemistry & Mathematics only Global Channel, the Global English Teaching Channel, Microbiology Channel, Fitness Religion, Fitness Fort, Fitness Lotto, Inventors, inventions, finding the fuel that will not cause airplanes to burn, etc, etc are more important than this....i've been telling you but you don't want to listen....I have to prove i don't know what the hell so you can pay attention...

Which gave me an idea, something i think i said on LP couple of years ago...Since the community of Wealthy Individuals around the world "MIGHT" be growing, there needs to be a Powerball/Euromillions just tailor for them....Where the cost of each tickets might be who knows 10 dollars per ticket, 20 dollars each ticket or more and whose jackpot is way more than Powerball, something like once every week or every 10 days i don't know...Everyone can play it but its bases will be wealthy people....I say this because you are not necesarily on the same balance with someone who is wealthy you are not competing the same...Or a system that will keep wealthy people growing, and not dwindling....

If you get to save 100 billion dollars it will be 10 x 5= 50 teens winning 3 million dollars each week or should i say every 10 days and it only cost 10 cents....You may ask where i get the 10 x 5....20 billion gives you 10 winners every 10 days, so 100 billion divided by 20 billion = 5 so 5 x 10 winners = 50 teens winners every 10 days....

 i wish i could give each teen 5 million which will make me really happy but is not that easy...You first have to raise money...But you could end up giving 50 teens 5 million dollars if you let the price of each ticket cost more than 35 cents, actually the double...35x2 = 70 cents...so 3 million to each teens and there are 50 teens every 10 days x 2 = 6 million dollars to each teen every 10 days......But first you have to raise the money....It sounds easy on paper but you have to do it....But teens you got numbers on your side because i think the Powerball base is like 2 or 3 million and look how high it goes and i know there are more than 10 million teenagers in the USA something like 20 million....the key is what's the fan base of Powerball which i don't know the answer....You teens have more people in the USA than the Fan Base of Powerball...Not everybody plays powerball....Powerball has its people....

People still engage in violent crimes because they think they will have a "HALF" chance to survive...Soldiers go to war because they think they have a 68% chance of survival and most people think that if they got shot they will survive....But what if you set it up where if you get shot no matter if is in your toes YOU WILL DIE...How could we make this possible?

What if bullets carry a deadly bacteria/deadly enzyme that has no cure and if you get shot is inevitable that you are going to die...And let us assume that you could not take the case with the harmful bacteria away from the bullet...What will this cause? There will be robberies but "enfrentamientos" confrontations between 2 parties that have guns with deadly enzymes/deadly bacteria...There will not...Unless you are rambo and you DO want to die there will be none...There will not even be police...So i am asking the question...Could this prevent WORLD WAR 3, WORLD WAR 4, WORLD WAR 5, ETC, ETC, ETC....

i am just trying to help...Forgive me for this but i believe robberies are kind of understandable because people are seeking money and happiness...And don't many of you don't want to rob the lotteries? Don't you? Nobody tells you anything...

Tell me who in the world wants to die..Don't you notice that in enfrentamientos/confrontations between 2 parties shooting at each other don't you notice that MOST OF THEM RUN FOR COVER AND SHOOT AT THEIR ENEMIES from the safe position...And you ever noticed that crap...Again nobody wants to die...So i am asking you the question, could this prevent violence and world wars? Look even with nuclear weapons lots of people will survive and that's the calculation in everyones mind...

Also i am thinking, what if not only you do this, but to evil doers and hard time evil doers what if you inject them with an injection that erases their entire memory...LOL...Some people is hard to change them but if you erase their memories wouldn't they not remember nothing? it was just an idea..Such an injection doesn't exist but is a task to people who say they want to change the world or bring an end violence/wars/evil....And thinking about it, i believe erasing someone's memory is the only chance to defeat "evil".....You see we might be capable of achieving amazing things but we have a percentage, a percentage of evil it might be 2% or 0.003% but is there, is a chip es un dispositivo....And that same intelligence that causes us to create amazing things can cause us to also create horrible things...So again "MEMORY ERASE" is the only chance to defeat evil once and for all....

But you see Evil is not 100% evil, evil is more like 96% evil...Let me explain, evil has its rewards but only 4% of evil....I am going to give you the scenario of the Alien civilization...I don't believe they exist...But suppose they exist and suppose they were 57 million years more advanced than us...Now suppose that God created a plant in their world that will cause them to forget and they took it everytime they did evil, thus suppressing evil...And they have been doing so for 57 million years...Because they only did good, they invented marvelous and incredible things like time travel or light speed...But now suppose this alien world came into contact with another civilization younger than they are and this younger civilization doesn't have the plant that causes them to erase their memories and thus not been able to suppress evil...Well this 57 million years advanced civilization as advanced as they are because they are made out of flesh and can be prone to errors and they are not made out of spirit, they will succumb to the younger civilization....And to any civilization, why? because they always did good and never learn what evil was....So what i am saying is that evil despite that is bad it teaches a civilization to defent itself and they will need it because THEY ARE MADE OF FLESH AND BLOOD AND ARE FRAGILE AND COMIT ERRORS....But this is only assuming there is civilization in the universe or other parallel universes...However if you was an angel and no physical thing could do you harm they you didn't have to worry about it...So what i am saying is that perhaps 3% of evil is a lesson to us humans...For example if we didn't know what evil was we will have never defeated Germany...

Now i want you all to check out the Last 2 numbers of each winning combination...Well i want you all to see the "DIFFERENCE" between the 2 last numbers....For example if you see 28-32 as the last 2 numbers the difference will be 4...Well, the difference in "Pick5/39" many of the times between the 2 last numbers is between 7-13....Sometimes is between 5-11....So it depends on your state...So if is between 7-13 you will have 6 choices and if is between 5-11 you will also have 6 choices...Not only that but remember the E/O, which means that 1 number has to be even OR odd and the next number has to be odd OR even...Plus there is the high/low ending digits scenario...Low ending digits are from 1-5 high ending digits are from 6-9 actually is from 6-0 you view 0 as 10...And you can look at previous winning drawings and see which ones play certain differences already...For example if the difference of 7 played already on the previous drawing, that leaves you with 5 left, [8-13] because you know that the odds that the same difference number will repeat is very slim for the next drawing....

So all you have to do is predict the first 3 ending digits of Pick5 and then guess from 7-13 difference and use any number that has the particular difference that you are looking at....Now Once you correctly predicted the first 3 Pick3 numbers of Pick5, and you got 1 of the 6 difference numbers, you combined it with the first 3 PIck3 numbers and you begin to deduce....

SO BASICALLY, TO WIN PICK5 YOU HAVE TO GET 1 NOT 2 BUT JUST 1 PICK3 CORRECT and guess between 1 and 6 well actually 1 and 5...

And deducing for Pick5 unlike deducing for Pick6, it comes out to be like 15 tickets or possibly 11 tickets..And you can always apply filters....But the thing is that since there are like 2 or 3 last numbers differences that will have the same difference you will have to multiply 15 or 11 X 2 or 3...But again you can always apply filters and the good thing is that if you are good at pick3 and for some reason you miss it the combination you can ALWAYS go back at it and get it a second time...You can always go back a second, 3rd, 4th time, inclusive like how they say in Mathematics and "Nth" time....

I owed this idea/observation to: C5VetteMN6 who caused me to look at the XXX system & to the show "Stargate SG", if i didn't pay attention to those 2 i would have never come up with this idea...And in a small part to Blackapple...

You just have to look at your particular state and see, which pattern is more common, specifically which difference between the 2 numbers is the most common...Whether is 3-7 or 4-8 or 4-9, or 5-10, etc...Is up to you...

Listen, the most important parts of the humans are your eyesight & your penis/vagina & lungs i know people are going to say that is the brain and the heart and they are but those are internal i am talking the most important parts "EXTERNALLY", after the eyesight & penis then comes the rest...I also forgot to mention the nose...Also let's take the example of Americans...Americans are willing to go to Subway to eat healthy, so how much more will they go to drink a juice that is good for their eyesight...If the drink cost 2 dollars x once a week = 96 dollars a year...While a cell phone cost how much? 300 dollars a year...you may say why i don't eat eat everyday....It is better to drink that juice once a a week and do it for the rest of your life, than drink it everyday and do it for 3 years....And actually is better to drink 2 cups twice a week and they be smaller and cost cheaper than to drink one jugganaut drink once a year, because your body only absorbs so much...Also the more you mix it with different fruits, the cheaper the drink will cost because you are using from different parts as oppose to using just from 1 part....You didn't believe me when i told you that you need to create a "Profession Powerball" and use it for "farmers" so that carrots and some fruits cost cheaper to buy...And don't forget that too much fat constantly eating too much fat corrodes the eyesight, i am not sure but i think so....

FOR CONSTRUCTION BUILDINGS: Look i am not an ingeneer/architect, but i was looking at VERY tall buildings while going and see the doctor, again very tall buildings and i noticed something...I don't think anyone has though of this...Cement is strong but don't give your life on it...Anyways, if you look at the mechanics of tall buildings or should i say I noticed that every floor looks the same yet cement has to support the weight of the entire cement building ontop of it, that's why every floor should be STRONGER or REINFORCED stronger than the one that's coming next ontop of it...Why because the first floor is housing or supporting the entire floor, so is the second floor and the third floor etc...But again it was just an idea, i am not an architect/ingeneer...

Soccer Stadium/time for Women: you know i relized that women play in the same soccer stadium for men yet technically women soccer stadium should be a little smaller for women or the time should not be 90 minutes because they can't run as fast as men and they get tired perhaps quicker than men...So if a woman is playing soccer 90 minutes on a man stadium she surely getting a work out...same thing with american football...

Democracy & Communism: you know there is something i am seeing and that is that look the USA has 300 million people and they are planing to grow...This is something i wasnt thinking about...The USA has 300 million people and is planning to grow but it can't see that look if you got to 1 billion people or more in a democracy world, the size of poverty will grow, you see the rate of population growth is proportional to the rate of extreme poverty, which in turn is proportional/relative to EVIL & smartness which leads to terrorrism and terrorrism is not just what happens in Pakistan & Afganistan, which in turn MIGHT cause subversion...And the relativeness of the size of the population has as a constraint the size of the country...Which means that the government has to supply more money to fight terrorrism...And perhaps not terrorrism but violence...But again terrorrism is not what happens in Pakistan...Terrorism comes from the word: "Terrorizing the community"....That's where the word terrorrism comes from...I just wrote an equation...

BIG CARGO SHIPS: i was thinking some cargo ships can't ride on stormy sea weather...Well i think you need to elaborate on the technology that the new USA navy ship got with 2 endings...Well you need to work on that technology but figure a way that cargo ships can have 3 endings with the endings very heavy and very buoyant that way they will not topple in stormy seas or i will think...but a way that will have 3 endings with very good balance and very heavy on all 3 sides...Also i was thinking i was looking at the discovery channel and they got this machine like a crane that can swoop in on the ground and scope up metal and drop it in a container, well you need something like that similar but that will go on the ocean floor with a THICK CAMERA and scope up metal debris like planes from the bottom of the ocean...but the chords that hold this big opening spoon will have to be thicker and carefully study, like by design ingeneers...I think that nowadays i think i heard this on the tv that they got sonar that can give you an image of what's on the floor i think submarines got it, well get a submarine not to go that deep pass the sonar, make an image and if it looks like an airplane then get the big ship and retract/take back the airplane from the bottom of the ocean....but the spoon will have to be very heavy so that it can sink and perhaps open up with magnets and close with magnets or have powerful magnets to attract the iron from the floor if in fact the magnet works on water....The chord of the spoon will have to be very heavy so that it doesn't sway that much in the bottom of the ocean...Think about it as a big crane on a ship....Call it the Ocean Recovery Crane...I owe this idea to our neighbor named elsa who piss me off by waking me up but i could not have seen the video if i didn't get up....What if the chord that holds the big opening spoon was electrica cables with thick rubber to insulate the electricity so that the spoon can open and close....Also the the cargo ships with 3 pointed narrow things in the bottom i feel they should have 3 propelers in the front so the cargo ships can park horizontally....And a cargo ship with the 3 pointed things should have 3 propellers in the back so it should go faster...LOL...What i call pointed things i am reffering to the hull....Also in the place in between the pointed things or hulls can go cargo....

Women raising a child: an 18 year course in Mathematics: Also i am also kind of happy because an idea occured to me and i owed it to hasselback from the TV show the "View" in the USA...She said that men don't have any idea what it is to carry a child and raised him, like is like a second job...The idea is, you know a women has a kid for 9 months and takes care of it for 18 years, sometimes 25 years [like here in Panama], well i was thinking, what if a women what if instead of having a baby and taking care of them, what if a women signed an agreement that instead of having a child or a second child she agrees to get a hysterectomy and take an 18 or 21 year course in mathematics or theoretical chemistry, the same time it will take to raise a kid and get paid while doing it....

Possibly if Jesus didnt come: Again Possibly: look i dont know if Jesus is coming again or not but there is something that i think might be true...If Jesus didnt come to this Earth the world would had auto destruct itself...Now this doesnt necesarily means that if Jesus doesnt come that that will happen, but looking at the events in the past if Jesus had not come, this planet might had auto destruct itself...Most men would had gone to battle, most women would had been left and the few man that exist would had been struck by famine or disease or the population will had been small and been struck by some kind of pandemic...I think it has to do with the way yellow skin people look and everyone who has soft hair...And if for a lucky struck of hair they didnt, they will had lived in the dark ages...And the world would had been mixed but the discovery of space would had been none existent...also remember that the double farming and by that i mean the farming in which one land is left for the next cosecha and the other is used alternated would not had been invented...it was invented right after the dark ages...Where the peasants and Lords titles existed...Well not necesarily Jesus but the Bible...either that or man is a lucky as hell monkey...Again what happen if that peasant had not discover how to farm that land, the whole world would had die of famine...

One of the Most Mortal Sins: You know one of the most mortal sins is the ENVY...I think Envy accounts for a lot of stuff...So be aware...I think countries go to war because of Envy also...But in humans it has a conflicting side, because if you teach someone not to be envy he might not be "Competitive" he might not be "AMBITIOUS" and is wrong...So we don't want that...So again is conflicting....

Also i could be wrong but be aware: You know i've been suspecting this for quite some years, i think that there is an association like a conspiracy that can take ANY BOOK the key here is ANY BOOK they can take ANY BOOK and replicate it, but change 3 paragraph or 3 pages to fit their purposes...Like with the Bible, people will try and do it...And this is a great challenge against knowledge...This reminds me of the show "Stargate" you know the "REPLICATORS....SO PLEASE BEWARE, because is giving one person or country TOO MUCH POWER...

THE MICROSCOPE: i don't know why they can't put the lenses of the microscope and make it 1 single tube the width of a human fist to look into...

BACK SCRUBBER:  I was taking a shower and you know how some people take a shower with a small little rag/small towel and i noticed how difficult it is to scrub your back, is like your blind spot...And i thought, do you see the white brush that you use to clean/scrub your toilet how long is it [is like forearms lenght, like the lenght is like from your elbow to your wrist]...Why not invent something like that but not really a brush but like a rugged sponge that you pass the soap on and then scrub your back...

To women of the world, please listen to me...Please listen to me...You need to create an INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION that looks out for women...Not only that but an International Association that collects a tax from all women of the world....Please listen to me...You think i am trying to divide you, the fact is "I am trying to make you stronger"....Caucasian people you need to look out for all women of the world...Please listen to me....I am trying to make you stronger women....i don't know why in the world there isn't a country where women rule...And i am talking a country where the majority of the government is rule by women...There is a black continent, there is a white continent, there is a yellow continent, there is a brown continent, there is an asian continent, yet up to this day there is no women continent or country...I am begging you you need to create one...This totally pisses me off, because men say that women are their better half but that's just a bunch of lies....You need to do that, take the initiative...yOU need to create A PROFESSION POWERBALL where since you are half the USA population you should raise like 2 to 4 or to 6 billion dollars maximum like 10 billion dollars, or more and it goes to women in the form of 2,000 to 3,000 dollars a month if you want to create 4 thousand dollars a month for life is up to you...Men can participate if they want to see women raised up high...And not only do America men participate but the entire world can participate also....This is better than giving 300 million dollars to 1 person....I want you TO SEE SOMETHING...In Mexico they got the Virgin Mary, Tell me FOR WHAT? TO THE WORLD: MATHEMATICS SCHOOLS: you need to to create MATHEMATICS SCHOOLS AS MANY MATHEMATICS SCHOOLS/UNIVERSITIES....WE NEED THIS...I was thinking, there might be a chance that you might raise mathematics geniuses...I was thinking one way you could raise mathematics geniuses is if you create a small school, create a school and your raise from kindergarden you teach kids, English or whatever language it is, MATHEMATICS & fitness...And you teach those kids that and nothing else from when they are in first grade to 6th grade to 9th grade to 12 grade that's all you teach them...You don't teach them no other course...And this kids when the graduate from high school/college/mathematics graduate school through bank interest, they get paid a salary like a job, and their sole job is to figure things out in this world and in the cosmos, you know trying to raise the next Einstein...This is where stealing 1 trillion from the 365 trillion dolllars that the Forex makes in 1 year comes in handy...Is the only way to finance such projects...But let me guess i just watch Dr. Osmond in Oprah...Whatever...LOL....I wish you could do the same with electrical ingeneers or MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL INGENEERS, maybe you could...But after 6th grade you must separate them between males and females....And teach them not to watch TV but maybe i am too hard on this one..If you could only make them not watch TV & show them only education TV...<snip> is creepy...LOL....But that's the problem MANY countries the cost of living is TOO HIGH, WAY TO HIGH....For instance you couldn't do this in Japan as much as I or should i say you will like to use Japanese and Chinese people and other nationalities you couldn't...But earning 700 to 1,000 dollars or 1,500 dollars a month is good...That along with a MATHEMATICS CHANNEL...This is why we all need to be speaking English....This is why you need to create a "Universal Lotto Stock Market" and have the key...Sincerely i don't know if the Forex is going to be around much longer in the distant FUTURE...So it looks....I am giving you an idea where YOU CAN ELABORATE...
