Nope he didn't pay for it...But there is a catch to this every 5th year Slim will not be able to donate 100 million dollar to the teleton because the money of that year is going towards buying new cars for Hummers and Mercedez Benz change models like every 5 years...Or he can donate 80 million dollars to charity and the 20 million left back is going toward saving it every year so that on the 5th year it can accumulate 100 million dollars, sell the 2,000 old humers for half the prize and be able to buy another 2,000 Hummers/Mercedez Benz....

Or you could take the 100 million dollars that the rental car company makes in 1 year and hold it for 3 years, that will be 300 million dollars which you can buy 3,000 HUMMERS/Mercedes Benz and after the 3rd year that car rental car company is going to be donating 300 million dollars every year to the Telethon...If you could hold it for 4 years then it will be 400 million dollars that the Car Rental Company is going to be  producing and donating to the Mexican Thelethon every single year....LOL....But there is a catch...The 5th year they will not donate because they need to buy new cars...

And let's take it a step further...You know Blogger.com is the next Myspace but i think is going to overcome Myspace but only if they publish the blogs pages on the internet...I heard Myspace had 90 million members worldwide....If Mr. Slim took out of those 900 million each year that he is going to donate to the Mexican Theleton if he took 100 million dollars for 2 years thus 200 million dollars and created a Blogger.com but for charity that charge 1 dollar per month...If that blogger.com websites gets 90 million members each paying 1 dollar per month to use it, then that will be 90 million dollars in 1 month or 1 BILLION 80 MILLION dollars every year, money that is going towards the Mexican Theleton...Then Mr. Slim will be making a 1 BILLION 980 MILLION DOLLARS donation to the Mexican Theleton each year...Can you Imagine that? 1 BILLION 900 MILLION DOLLARS TO THE Mexican Theleton...Every dam year...You know the publicity it will cause???And again Mr. Slim will look good...

But i hate to spoil the fun...This is not just for Mr. Slim is also for scientists, astronomers, researchers, medical researchers, chemist, biochemists, molecular biologists, mathematicians research etc researchs....They could create a clone or a second one similar to what i mention but in a different country, and they can create a second blogger.com but instead charge 2 dollars per month with 90 million members and this way achieve 3 billion dollars every year that can be use for important research or stuff of help to humanity...For example the LSSS Telescope one of those cost 150 million and the first one they are planing to build is not funded, they could create a second or third or fourth one.....

And they could be a third use of this system, one for charity...Charity could surely use 3 billion dollars every year of help in charity...

So there will be 3 use of this systems, one use by Mr. Slim, the other use by scientists for research in help humanity and the third use by charity foundation.....

I CALL THIS system: SYSTEM1....

SYSTEM1:

You know how Pick3/0-9 has full as well as abbreviated wheels? Pick3 has a full wheel that uses 10 numbers if none of the numbers repeat and it comes out to like 80 dollars i think...

Well ask yourself how much does a full wheel for Pick2/0-9 will come out if you use all 10 numbers? I'll say it will come out to 30 tickets perhaps...Remember PIck4 which is 1 number extra from Pick3 the full wheel with 10 numbers if none of the numbers repeat comes out to 210 tickets....PIck3 which is 1 number less than PIck4 comes out to 80 tickets...That's a 62% reduction by just eliminating 1 number from Pick4 to Pick3...So Pick2/0-9 will come out to be like 30 tickets using 10 numbers...For example if is 30 tickets that's a also a 62% reduction by just eliminating 1 number from Pick3 to Pick2...

Now all you got to do is get such a wheel for Pick2 and view Pick6 as 3-combined Pick2/s....2 Combined Pick2/0-9 by the ending digits...The first 2 digits of pick6 and the second 2 digits of Pick6, and the third 2 digits of Pick6...Now you get the Pick2/0-9 wheel using 30 numbers and you wheel it and whatever comes out which should be not more than 30 tickets you Pick2 of those 7 tickets you weed out the ones you think will not play and you match it with the other 30 tickets that you will wheel from the other Pick2 and select 1 or 2 combination also...And you just pair them together and if you are correct all you got to do is arrange it in the exact combination and it should be a straight ticket...If you look at it this way...You are narrowing the field from 90 tickets, 30, 30 & 30 and pairing them up....Better than narrowing the field from 25 million combinations...And it only costs you 1 dollar to play once you have narrowed down all of them...Doing it this way by playing 1 dollar you have 26 million chances to break even...

But you first have to find  that Pick2 wheel...Which i don't know if ANYONE has it...I really think that Pick2/0-9 wheel using 10 numbers comes out to 20 tickets and not 30...BUT IT GETS BETTER...A pick2/0-10 using all 10 numbers [permutation wheel] might come up to 30 but if you use 9 numbers instead of 10 it comes out to i'll say 18 and if you use 8 numbers instead of 9 it will come out to 10 tickets...Making it 10 tickets for the first 2 ending digits, 10 tickets for the second 2 ending digits and 10 for the third 2 ending digits...Remember you are looking for a full wheel size 8, 9 or 10....

Once you get the 3, 2 ending digitis all you got to do is deduce: This is what i mean by deduce:

3-4-19-22-25-26 [3/6 = 5 dollars]

3-4-19-22-25-36 [3/6 = 5 dollars]

And you win directly...You will not win everyday Pick6 which is what i would have hope but it only takes 1 win...But you can win repeatedly this...If you are good you could win once or twice a month...And if you had a supercomputer even better...The problem is finding that Pick2/0-9 wheel for i don't think anyone has it....Theoretically speaking....Can you imagine circuventing 26 million combinations with 1 or 2 tickets?

I am sort of happy because for years i've been looking for a system that could win Powerball or Pick6 with 1 ticket...This might be it...[the long sought system]....El dorado...I've seen systems more impressive than this one systems i thought where the long sought system, never thought this one will come out to 1 ticket...My bad i just checked it and it doesn't come out to 1 ticket it comes out to like 25 tickets the amount that the deducing yields but is the closest system to 1 ticket...Sometimes the deducing will come out to 20 tickets...is the closest thing...men was i close....However how much i long that 1 ticket system...However you want to look at it is better than wheels and better than going yourself alone against 26 million combinations...

but there is a catch, you must play it twice so that you play it backwards and forwards...Remember that the PIck2/0-10 wheel will give you the 2 numbers boxed [they are just 2 numbers] and you must order them correctly straight....

if you do and i assume you are well off/wealthy...Create your own computer, build your own computer from the ground up and by this i mean the chip everything...Have you seen the Movie "SwordFish" with John Travolta...Do you see almost at the end how they are connected away from the world...When he says: "Someone must bring the war to them"....It Just prove that that lottery is about the lottery...And build your own keyboard have the keyboard connected to you and not going to no other place outlet...

Also you see going after Spain 1 billion dollar lotto is not ALL THAT, because if you wanted to achieve the same results you could win twice MegaMillions when is 300 million so that will be 600 million...Place it in the Stock Market and since every 1 dollar should double in i don't know how many year you will have 1 billion dollars...You achieve the same results...

But this is only if you want to go after a 1 billion dollar lotto....

There is a reason why i am asking this question...You see if you think you could win a Pick3/15 you will have cracked Pick4 all the time "Straight" not boxed...I am not talking about regular PIck3 i am talking about combination PIck3/15 not permutation Pick3/0-15...

 you predict the Pick3/15 game and whatever results are for your prediction you just pair it up with the last digit from 16-25 or 17-23...The good thing about this is that you get the numbers "STRAIGHT" not boxed...But you have to get yourself a special software that can translate the Permutation regular Pick4 numbers to combination Pick4 numbers...Then you will need a software that whatever Pick3/15 combinations that you plug in for your predictions that it will pair it up with 16-25 or 17-23...

If you predicted the PIck3/15 correctly you will have gottten several Pick4 jackpots correctly...Here are there are: The same sample drawing: I COLOR CODED IN DARK RED THE JACKPOTS YOU WILL HAVE GOTTEN CORRECTLY...
