The Lottery and Marriage: What would you do?
Even if the person you end up marrying turn out to be a gold digger, sleep with your best friend, ask for a divorce and take half of everything you own?
If 2 people love each other enough, why do they need a contract?
And for those who say they'll get a prenup...why get married if you don't trust that person?
What can you do with your wife/husband that you can't do with your girlfriend/ boyfriend?

Is this legal?
There are so many red flags about this; 1st of all you will really need to pick a honest lottery partner in the State of Florida and depend on them to do the right thing several state lines away. Also, how would you really know once you sent the $100.00 if they spend it all or part of it on the lottery--you won't know unless for some reason the numbers would hit and he or she didn't play them at that particular time. You will need to have this partnership legalize by a contract or something just

When a set series wins, do you play or move on?
I think the issue is how the tickets are printed. With most packs having nothing but the minimum guaranteed amount of prizes, those are printed in bulk with a select few being diverted for additional wins to be added. For economy sake, the fewer packs you divert for additional prizes, the lower your costs so the printing company is going to try and put as many winning tickets onto the same pack as the contract will allow. This results in hot packs and cold packs which are shuffled before distrib

Lottery vending machines coming to Arkansas
When the Arkansas Lottery awarded a contract to the Greece-based Intralot in August of this year, one requirement was that the lottery services company provide 100 ticket vending machines. The lottery commission has yet to roll out the machines, but a non-operational model can be seen at the claims center in downtown Little Rock.
Lottery director Ernie Passailaigue says Arkansans will start to see the machines this spring, sometime around March or April. But while lottery officials hope to re

Help: Dontknow how legal this is: Good Source of Second Income: How to make $1,500 to $2,000 a month
People stop thinking that the world is the size of the USA...
Nobody is asking you to buy several tickets...They are only asking you to buy Only 1 ticket once a week for Powerball for the rest of the year or $48 dollars...
Even though the person that buys the ticket is the winner i am sure you can arrange with lawyers and whatnot about making a binding contract where you bind yourself to make the person claim 90% of the check and you: 10%...

Arkansas Lottery scratch tickets, logo revealed
This week was a busy one for the fledgling Arkansas Lottery.
The first shipment of Arkansas Lottery tickets is being transported, and will arrive in the state Monday, Lottery Director Ernie Passailaigue said Friday, and the lottery revealed its new logo.
The precious cargo will be transported by 18-wheeler to the Scientific Games (SGI) Distribution Center on the west side of town, arriving at 10:30 a.m., Passailaigue said at a meeting of the state Lottery Commission at the University of Ce

2 lottery tickets split $333M Mega Millions jackpot
That is correct. Lottery retailers signed on to sell lottery tickets and knew full well what they would receive, should they sell a jackpot winning ticket.
If MI was to give the retailer some kind of extra bonus that is not in the contract, that would be like the retailer or the lottery commision deciding to give you some kind of extra bonus for a jackpot win. It just isn't done.
Besides, where would they take the extra money from? Maybe their paychecks? Maybe off the winning jackpot? In

I cracked Pick6...But to do it i first need the answer to these 2 questions..
if we are going to talk about a job here, the free lotto is not completely free it asks people to work out/exercise as part of their contract if they win which if you look at it working out/exercising is a lot harder than working at a job...Take that flobby fat off of your waist line....It doesn't have to be 1 million dollars it could be a house...Since to be successful in America you need 4 requisites: you have millions or a nice paying job; you have a beautiful wife; you are skinny and you hav

Store gets lots of attention after selling winning lottery ticket
We hope its somebody who needs the money, that will put it back into the area and do good for everybody said Fantacone.
The owner of Chase's Cigar Store is hoping the person who bought the winning ticket is one of his regular customers - and remembers who sold it to him or her....... Best case scenario, it's somebody that we know that's been a regular for years, and they'll show us their gratitude by giving us a nice hefty tip, said Bob Fantacone, who owns Chase's Cigar Store

Connecticut man sues friend for share of lottery prize
Those agreements are just stupid. How do you get into an agreement like these and not have a written contract? One that addresses issues like who are the members, how the contributions will take place, HOw the winnings will be divided, how to deal with days when some member chooses not to play or days that some member gives less than the agreed sum of money.
these questions seem petty but are very real. I have refused to join many lotto groups because of these very small issues. You know
