@ Numb3rs - Smart move. I only tried $100 worth of the big tickets. Some of the $2 Georgia Lottery tickets may be better options to play than the $20, $25, and $30 tickets. They have $2 tickets with a jackpot of $100k, although the odds are around 1.8m. Still, better than playing for $30k with odds around 1.2m for example. If I were someone who lived on the border or worked in Georgia, I would probably play the $2 games and then maybe strategically pick out $20 and $30 games. The $25 games absol

Bit Picking
I've mentioned picking by bits as the foundation for developing a strategy to pick a winning set of numbers, here is a walk through on developing the foundation of a strategy for picking numbers this way. For this example I will use a P5B30 game. In this game there 142,506 number combinations. This means it will require 18 bits in order to generate all of the possible number combinations.
It is important to keep in mind that 2^18 = 262,144 so that means that there are some combinations of bit

I am liking this new $25 game structure....heck, i don't play them for the $500 prizes and Gold Rush has that prize amount kind of locked up with such good odds on that $500 prize. I wish they did away with the other 2 - $10,000,000 prizes also because the odds on hitting a million look to be the best odds ever offered by the lottery. Think of it this way, 40 tickets to a full pack and with around 14,000 retailers selling at least 2-3 full packs the first week a game is released you have around

The $2 game is noteworthy in my book. 1 in 482,400 at 30k. Best odds I think they've done on a $2 GP. Those odds are a little worse than 50% of the ILL odds for the grand prize. (1 in 877,500)

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Fantasy 5 has excellent odds. When I was searching the winners PDF, I noticed winners who have won multiple times on that game.
Low buy in, and life altering payouts. Anything you can go from the multimillions to hundreds of thousands in terms of probability...that's a good thing. The PowerBall has good decent odds at winning the $50k prize tier, but aside from that, the 1 in 292 million odds of hitting the jackpot or even the odds of hitting $1M are so i

Georgia Lottery to add extra Cash 3, Cash 4 drawings
Look, this ties in with the other article about millennials not playing lotteries and state lotteries are concerned. This is a way to increase revenue, along with introducing new games that are $2 a ticket. These new games are tricky. All or Nothing gives you 2 ways to win, so it looks great, until you play it. Then it becomes another lottery game that is not what it seems. Texas Triple Chance is a $2 game that gives you 3 chances to win!!! Looks like an easy win, until you play for a month.

Mad as Hell cause you can't WIN MM or PB...??
Good call.
I've won on megamillions a few times ($1-2$) but never on hot lotto. I played the other day just for fun with $3. Nothing.
Its important to understand games with lower odds aren't always better . Or more fair. You're in Tennessee, as me...Tennessee cash and hot lotto just aren't fair to me. With 4 balls right...which I've yet to hit, the payout is low. Same as with 5.
I think people misinterpret lower odds. Lower odds are a daily cash 5 game with 1 in 200,000 or 376,000. N
