I collected the funds, bought ALL the tickets and distributed them via picture copies via the email to all the players, prior to the drawing. Each of our players has signed a contract stating that they are allowed to play Outside of the Pool at anytime. But they cant have hidden plays with our ticket master. I would also place a limit on the number of people who could join and the number of tickets purchased for any one drawing.
