Interesting happening within our lottery-pool at work... no not really
Well, sorry to say I think your girl crossed the line.
I ran a lottery pool for a group for 3 or 4 years. 1st we had a signed agreement, signed by all with copies to all. I collected the funds, bought ALL the tickets and distributed them via picture copies via the email to all the players, prior to the drawing. If someone didn't get the money to me in time, they bought their ticket, put their name on it and sent it to me to distribute as part of the group play.
It was decided in writing, i

How soon people forget.
From 9-16-2010

The move on Wednesday hands over daily control to of the $2 billion games for 10 years to some of the most powerful players in the business.

Illinois Lottery not paying big winners because state legislature won't pass budget
Other risks include insolvency of one or more of the annuity companies. Many would assume the state government would backstop such losses, but not necessarily so. Pennsylvania Lottery says this:
What happens to the prize money if a company who got an annuity bid goes bankrupt?

The obligation to pay the prize is based upon contract law. The method that the state uses to fund the prize is a business decision. During a three-mont

P.S.
It may be wise to hire a attorney to handle all the private stuff. An attorney can handle all the personal
information and also proof-read the contract and offer suggestions. This way no one has to worry about
personal information being misused. Run a pool like a business, think of it this way, if you had 100 million
in your house what would you do to protect it. The cost of the legal stuff I think should be paid by the pool

Each of our players has signed a contract stating that they are allowed to play Outside of the Pool at anytime.

On July 31, 1975, James Riddle Hoffa, one of the most influential American labor leaders of the 20th century, disappears in Detroit, Michigan, never to be heard from again. Though he is popularly believed to have been the victim of a Mafia hit, conclusive evidence was never found, and Hoffa's death remains shrouded in mystery to this day.
Born in 1913 to a poor coal miner in Brazil, Indiana, Jimmy Hoffa proved a natural leader in his youth. At the age of 20, he helped organize a labor strike

Do some number combinations have better odds?
A649KING2B,
If you look back at a sampling of my posts I think you will quickly get a feel for my style, and it's nowhere near what Ronnie316 would like you to believe. Note! If interested in some type of pool where we combine play then I would have to insist on a contract agreement
laying out every specific detail in advance of any play. I would also place a limit on the number of people who could
join and the number of tickets purchased for any one drawing. I would think that a limit of $10.00 per draw for each
person in the pool would be enough. All smaller prize amounts would be used for future tickets in the event that for
