well if its a lawyer you have hired to form your trusts (and you have the writen contract in your person) and in the contract it specifies that the lawyer will bring in the winning ticket and place it in the trust then assuming its an honest lawyer (yeah i know), the lawyer can file all the paperwork at the lottery office.
