To me it would like a lot of marketing spin .... they were supposed to convert to their system when they took over (Feb 2024) and are about 18 months late. Were also supposed to bring back the price of Lotto to GBP1 (today it is GBP 2) and to increase contribution to good causes. Until now have done none of that .... we shall see. Also, to say that they have invested already GBP350M in the contract sounds a little stretched. Hopefully someone will want to check them on that. PS

Even a town justice has extremely broad authority until a higher court (or the state board of judicial conduct) steps in.
