Yes, that would be much simpler and fairer. Taxes should be built into the price of the ticket, although I understand each state has different taxes and you wouldn't have a flat ticket price. Any guesses as to the next increase for the Measly Millions, should a rollover happen tomorrow night ? Another $40 Million ?? Another $40M would bring it to $794M. I bet they will go to at least $800M, that is a $46M increase. And that should unfold an even higher increase announced Tuesday night (if jackpot is not hit) for the following Friday (Fridays sales are larger than Tuesdays, so the increase leading to a Friday is significantly larger then the one leading to a Tuesday).
