Illinois Lottery shells out $7.1 million after players win big with 7-7-7-7
Huge payday for Illinois lottery players across the state

Thousands of Illinois lottery players won big when their Pick 4 game drew the combination 7-7-7-7, with more than $7 million in winnings paid out across the state.
The Illinois Lottery announced last week that it tallied up $7.1 million in winnings from a single Pick 4 drawing.
It's because the midday drawing on Sunday, May 3 produced the number combination 7-7-7-7, with Fireball number 6.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG)'s recent policy change makes it the second provincial lottery in Canada to hide winner's last names in press releases and publications.
Although total lottery winner anonymity is not a standard in any Canadian provincial lottery, two of Canada's lotteries have taken steps to conceal and protect winner information.
