Clerk or machine error
Until you run into computer glitches. A couple of years ago at a store I gave the clerk the slip. He ran it but the draw said a week from the current Saturday. I saw this on th ticket and told him to run it again because it was close to the draw time. He did and the same slip printed the correct date the current Saturday. You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
Once again well said Aftist77. I remember reading a novel about an Army fort and one of the soldiers on all night duty (called CQ, charge of quarters) was bored to tears so they typed up a 'warning' about an outbreak of 'suspect external scabosis' on the post and what they intended as a joke got picked up by someone who brought to headquarters! South Dakota launches mobile lottery ticket cashing for some prizes of up to $5,000
Very interesting as I was just thinking of this today. Virginia allows you to cash out to your debit card. I am about to win big and was wondering if there is an amount that you win that requires you to go into headquarters. Thankful for the little things!
