I see what you mean now. The Ohio Lottery achievements on their app. If I have found one, it was from playing one of the Set for Life games. That is the only scratch-offs that I have been playing.

Lotteries make buckets of money. The cost of doing live ball drawings is a sliver of the ticket price. I'm boycotting RNG games starting now. That means no more Millionaire for Life. All of Colorado's in-state draw games are RNG. I already put their ticket vending machines on my ban list, so there's almost nothing here for me to play because stores have such a limited selection of scratch offs. I encourage everyone to boycott and force these people to end every RNG game.

Originally thought it was a in collaboration with the draw games , That would have been a fiasco to manage. It is a rather simple means to play if you got the funds. Sometimes the characters/symbols on these scratch offs are hard to differentiate. Its new to the DC players so there is that.

YES they do! But also they see them (ball drawings) as a added EXPENSE that they can cut. In todays business world people get a bonus when they find ways to CUT costs. I think they're doing a raffle as just a way to shake it up and try something different. Raffles do well in other states, so maybe they can catch on here too. I'd think that a first or second time (in so many years) might fly under the radar, but bring awareness to this new way to play after it concludes and later if a new round begins. Wanted to update/correct my previous figures, as for some reason I thought there were only three interim prize periods, and there are actually four. Bottom line, 640,900 tickets need to be sold to fund all prizes to be awarded in the Raffle (interim prizes and Grand Prizes.) The duration of the raffle is 122 days, so sales need to average 5,245 tix a day. Based on the Lottery's figure of 169,906 tix sold as of 4/17 , sales are averaging 3,540 tix/day so far.
