Idaho legislation moves along bill to ban bulk lottery ticket purchases
By Kate Northrop
The Idaho Lottery's initial suspicions that a bulk purchaser was at play during a jackpot run that resulted in an $877,800 Idaho Cash win were correct when it was confirmed that an entity known for executing jackpot buyouts came forward to claim the prize.

Michigan man wins $6 million prize after playing the lottery for 40 years
Your 100% correct. And I noticed some scratch games will have a top prize left. And the game ends. And the ticket mysteriously does not get sold. And don't even get me started on thouse. Instant games. There the biggest rackets. The more I read and look into the lottery. The more discouraged I get. At the end of the day. There government run games. What could possibly go wrong there.

Iowa Lottery has delivered $6.1B in prizes since 1985
In closely related news, Iowa lottery players have lost more than $6 billion since 1985.
The average payout might be better than 50% if some (usually scratch games) pay more, but even if the average payout is 60% paying out $6 billion would mean players lost $4 billion. Not all of that would be profit, but operating costs shouldn't be all that high, and they'd also have collected some income tax on winnings and the salaries of everybody who works for the lottery.

Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
Is it still not rigged should be the question you wanna ask.........Are ball draws rigged? Are scratch games rigged? How does it not affect ball draw games? Did you already forget about the pick 3 in pa? And how do you know scratchers aren't rigged? From what I gather they know what store the high dollar ones are at. When they send them out. And rng games are not used out of laziness. There used because of more profit. I said nothing of the sort about Oklahoma. Your grouping me. I actually said

From what I gather they know what store the high dollar ones are at. When they send them out . But in the same breath. People like you say it's random . I'll start with what's probably a foolish question, but do you have any clue at all about how probability works. No question is a foolish question. Question numb

Iowa Lottery celebrates 40 years
Sales of the first Iowa Lottery tickets began in 1985 with a kickoff celebration at the Iowa State Fair. Forty years later, state fairgoers broke the Guinness World Record for the most people 1,380 to scratch lottery cards simultaneously, demonstrating the lottery's journey from $1 scratch tickets to a multibillion-dollar enterprise.

New Jersey couple wins $3 million lottery prize six months after winning $1 million
i would bet that when they won a million dollars six months ago they decided to reinvest a good chunk of that in scratch off purchases. there's actually a way to optimize buying scratchers. you look for games where all the top tier and most of the second tier prizes are unclaimed but a larger than expected number of the bottom prizes have been claimed. it doesn't happen often, but due to normal variance you will sometimes find scratch off games that have these optimal conditions. some people kee

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Hi ZZPlay, that's one of the FL Lotto's scratch offs delivered by Pollard Banknote. Pollard is a Canadian company and a significant player in the international scratch off market, even larger than Sci Games and the local yokle FL provider the FL Lotto uses.
The FL Lotto seems to use Pollard Banknote as a Guinea Pig to try various ideas...as their tickets seems to be more innovative as most FL Lotto providers. The $20 Perfect Gift is a first of its kind with the FL Lotto, given its perforate
