Executive 5-Minute Management Course
Lesson 1:
A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower, when the doorbell rings.
The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs.
When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next-door neighbor.
Before she says a word, Bob says, 'I'll give you $800 to drop that towel..'
After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob, after a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 and leaves.
The woman wraps back up in the towel and
goes back upstairs.
When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, 'Who was that?'
'It was Bob the next door neighbor,' she replies. 'Great,' the husband says, 'did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?'
Moral of the story:
If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.
Lesson 2:
A priest offered a Nun a lift.
She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg.
The priest nearly had an accident.
After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg..
The nun said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'
The priest removed his hand But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, 'Father, remember Psalm 129?'
The priest apologized 'Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.'
Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way.
On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, 'Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.'
Moral of the story:
If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.
Lesson 3:
A sales rep, an administration clerk, and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp.
They rub it and a Genie comes out.
The Genie says, 'I'll give each of you just one wish.' 'Me first! Me first!' says the admin clerk. 'I want to be in the Bahamas , driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.' Puff! She's gone.
'Me next! Me next!' says the sales rep. 'I want to be in Hawaii , relaxing on the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of Pina Coladas and the love of my life.'
Puff! He's gone.
'OK, you're up,' the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, 'I want those two back in the office after lunch.'
Moral of the story:
Always let your boss have the first say.
Lesson 4:
An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing.
A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, 'Can I also sit like you and do nothing?' The eagle answered: 'Sure, why not.'
So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
Moral of the story:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.
Lesson 5:
A turkey was chatting with a bull.
'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy.' 'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'
The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.
The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.
Moral of the story:
Bull <snip>e might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..
Lesson 6:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field.
While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.
The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate..
Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.
Morals of the story:
(1) Not everyone who <snip>es on you is your enemy.
(2) Not everyone who gets you out of <snip>e is your friend..
(3) And when you're in deep <snip>e, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

60th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY
60 years together
Their three kids, all successful, agreed to a Sunday dinner in their honor.
"Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad," gushed Son No. 1.
'Sorry I'm running late. I had an emergency at the hospital with a patient,
you know how it is, and I didn't have time to get you a gift."
"Not to worry," said the father.
"Important thing is we're all together today."
Son No. 2 arrived. "You and Mom look great.
Dad, I just flew in from Montreal between depositions and
didn't have time to shop for you.
“It’s nothing," said the father.
"We're glad you were able to come."
Just then the daughter arrived "Hello and happy anniversary!
Sorry, but my boss is sending me out of town and
I was really busy packing so I didn't have time to get you anything."
After they had finished dessert, the father said,
"There's something your mother and I have wanted to tell you for a long time.
You see, we were really poor, but we managed to send each of you to college.
Through the years your mother and I knew we loved each other very much,
but we just never found the time to get married."
The three children gasped and said, "WHAT? You mean we're baztards?"
"Yep," said the father, "Cheap ones, too "
A Good Fishing Story.....
NOW I understand. .. . .
The king wanted to go fishing, and he asked the royal weather
forecaster the forecast for the next few hours. The palace
meteorologist assured him that there was no chance of rain.
So the king and the queen went fishing. On the way he met a man
with a fishing pole riding on a donkey, and he asked the man
if the fish were biting.
The fisherman said, "Your Majesty, you should return to
the palace! In just a short time I expect a huge rain storm."
The king replied: "I hold the palace meteorologist in high
regard. He is an educated and experienced professional.
Besides, I pay him very high wages. He gave me a very
different forecast. I trust him."
So the king continued on his way. However, in a short
time a torrential rain fell from the sky. The King and Queen
were totally soaked.
Furious, the king returned to the palace and gave the order
to fire the meteorologist. Then he summoned the fisherman
and offered him the prestigious position of royal forecaster.
The fisherman said, "Your Majesty, I do not know anything
about forecasting. I obtain my information from my donkey. If
I see my donkey's ears drooping, it means with certainty that...
it will rain."
So the king hired the donkey.
And thus began the practice of hiring dumb asses to work in
influential positions of government. The practice is unbroken to this date.
Thus, the democrat party...symbol was born!

Teardrop 9/11 Memorial
I have never seen or heard of this memorial. This Tear Drop 9/11 Memorial is located in Bayonne , New Jersey , right across from New York City . On the other side of Hudson Bay from The Statue of Liberty.
This 100 foot tall monument was given to the U.S.A. back in 2006 by the RUSSIAN people in memory of all those that lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
The break in the cracked facade represents the two towers.
The giant suspended tear drop symbolizes all the tears the world had shed in response to this terrifying day.
At the base are recorded the names of all the people who perished. Yet we do not hear about it.
It is a shame that such a beautiful memorial is given barely any attention by our mainstream media. :-)

US Air Force sergeant removed from post after expletive-filled Facebook rant about ‘black females’
![]()
Clark Mindock,The Independent 5 hours ago
An Air Force sergeant is under investigation after a profanity-laced Facebook tirade in which she denigrated “black females” who are of lower rank than her.
Tech Sgt Geraldine Lovely has been “removed from her supervisory role” after the Facebook post went viral over the weekend, officials at Nellis Air Force Base near Las Vegas have said.
“It pisses me the f*** off that they have no respect and constantly have attitude,” Ms Lovely says in the video. “What the f*** is up with that?”
A version of the video uploaded Monday was viewed more than 900,000 times, according to the Las Vegas Sun. In that video, Ms Lovely was wearing her Air Force uniform.
“They’re talking down to me. I’m trying to tread lightly as a higher-ranking (non-commissioned officer) to not blow the f*** up and start a fight club,” she says in the video.
“Every time I f***ing talk to them, it’s like I’m just some stupid a** girl that doesn’t even deserve to be talked to as a person,” she continues.
The Air Force base said that they will be using the profane video to start a dialogue within their ranks.
“While the actions of this individual are inappropriate and unacceptable, we are using this information to continue a dialogue with our Airmen about the topic of good order and discipline,” an official form the base said in a statement.
Ms Lovely works at the base’s fitness centre as an administrator, according to an official. She deleted the video after receiving complaints…..

As usual, Donald Trump’s media and liberal critics have it all wrong.
Before I get to DACA and the wall, I will tackle Trump’s supposed “offensive words” about Haiti and African nations. Trump called those countries by a crude name. He certainly could have chosen his words more carefully. But … who cares? He told the raw truth. As usual, he was right on the money. Trump said exactly (although crudely) what 63 million American taxpayers who voted for him were thinking.
Trump summed up America’s weakness — we’re far too nice. We think about everyone except our own people and our own taxpayers. Why on earth would we allow the world’s poor, unskilled, desperate and dependent masses to come into our country while we’re $20 trillion in debt? Those days are over. It’s time to be picky and choosy.
We don’t have enough jobs for middle-class Americans. We don’t have enough money for poor Americans. It’s time for “America First.” It’s time for extreme vetting. It’s time to cut off “visa lotteries.” It’s time to let in skilled craftsmen from Norway, business owners from China and doctors from Israel.
We aren’t running a charity. We’re running a country.
Yes, Trump offended some people. So what? We elected him because he’s a bull in a china shop. We elected him because he’s a warrior. Call him “Trump the Barbarian.”
We elected him to drain the swamp and clean out the bad people and bad policies entrenched in D.C. The truth hurts. Get used to it. Trump’s not going anywhere. He has a tough job to do to set America on the right course. He might use a few tough words. Words I’ve heard on the streets of New York thousands of times.
By the way, liberals shouldn’t get too excited. Trump didn’t lose one vote with his comment. I have many liberal, elitist Ivy League friends. They all felt the need to tell me how terrible and offensive Trump’s words were. They called him “racist.” Guess what? None of them was ever voting for Trump anyway.
But all my middle-class, working-class and small-business pals and fans have weighed in. They said, “Bravo. Finally, someone in power talks like we do, let’s it fly, doesn’t sugarcoat the truth.” Trust me, 63 million Trump votes are secure for 2020.
Now to what really matters. Trump is winning. The economy is booming. There was even more good news in the past few days. More than 2 million Americans are getting bonuses because of Trump’s tax law. Trump has no reason to give in on DACA. We’re holding all the cards.
If Democrats want DACA, make them give us the world in return. What cards are they holding? Trump is “Making America Rich Again.” His agenda is a success. He’s in the driver’s seat. The 63 million Americans who voted for Trump don’t want DACA. Why would we give in and get nothing in return?
Here’s the list — plain and simple. We want full funding of the wall … funding for thousands of new border and ICE agents … extreme vetting … an immediate end to chain migration … e-verify so illegal aliens can never be hired again … an end to the visa lottery … an end to birthright citizenship … and a five-year ban on welfare and food stamps for any foreigner in the United States.
That’s called negotiation. We have no reason to give in on DACA. We won the election, remember? We control all levels of government, remember? But if you want it, you’re going to have to give us everything we want. And I mean everything.
As long as Trump holds firm on that list, he will have the full support of 63 million Americans when he uses strong language and offends people by telling the raw truth.
Because he’s our “Trump the Barbarian.”

Chinese Officials Engaged in Hostile 'Takeover' of Tibetan Buddhist Monastery: Human Rights Watch
ALERT:

BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese officials are engaging in a "takeover" of one of the world's largest Tibetan Buddhist monasteries with a plan to put Communist Party officials in charge of its administration, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said on Wednesday.
Larung Gar, a sprawling Buddhist center of learning and prayer in the mountains of southwestern Sichuan province, has already been reduced in size through an eight-month program of demolition and expulsion that ended in April 2017, HRW said.
The government is now splitting the center into two sections, an academy and a monastery, divided by a wall, according to an English-language translation of a document shared by HRW, which they said was received in August 2017.
The measures include quotas for recruitment, a management system of "real-name registration" and tags for monks and nuns, as well as placing 97 Communist Party cadres, who are required to be atheist, in top finance, security and admission roles.
Monastic sources told HRW that a similar system would be set up in the monastery and that a large building had been constructed to house the cadres.
Reuters could not independently verify the authenticity of the document or the claims from HRW sources.
"The administrative takeover of Larung Gar by party officials shows that the government's aim was not merely to reduce numbers at the settlement," said Sophie Richardson, U.S.-based China director for HRW.
"Chinese authorities are also imposing pervasive control and surveillance over every level of activity within religious communities," she said.
China's religious affairs bureau did not respond immediately to a request for comment.
China has denied carrying out demolitions at Larung Gar, saying the work is to tackle fire and safety hazards, as well as to "reconstruct" old buildings.
Tibetan-populated areas of western China, including in Sichuan, had been at the epicenter of protests against Chinese rule, which included acts of self-immolation, although reported cases have declined in the past two years.
HRW's Richardson said the micromanagement of Larung Gar encroaches on religious freedom and is likely to fuel resentment against Beijing.
Chinese law promises freedom of religion but authorities keep a close eye on religious believers and institutions, especially in areas such as Tibet where faith is considered a potential challenge to Communist Party rule.
New regulations due to take effect at the end of this month are set to expand state oversight of religious institutions. In particular, schools will train future generations of China's religious leaders.

A different take on Donald Trump: (a non-political agenda)
Mychal S Massie is an ordained minister who spent 13 years in full-time Christian Ministry. Today he serves as founder and Chairman of the Racial Policy Center (RPC), a think tank he officially founded in September 2015.
Trump Is Not A Liberal or Conservative, He's a "Pragmatist."
(Definition: A pragmatist is someone who is practical and focused on reaching a goal. A pragmatist usually has a straightforward, matter-of-fact approach and doesn't let emotion distract him or her.)
"We recently enjoyed a belated holiday dinner with friends at the home of other friends. The dinner conversation varied from discussions about antique glass and china to theology and politics.
At one point, reference was made to Donald Trump being a conservative, to which I responded that Trump is not a conservative.
I said that I neither view nor do I believe Trump views himself as a conservative. I stated it was my opinion that Trump is a pragmatist. He sees a problem and understands it must be fixed. He doesn't see the problem as liberal or conservative, he sees it only as a problem. That is a quality that should be admired and applauded, not condemned. But I get ahead of myself.
Viewing problems from a Liberal perspective has resulted in the creation of more problems, more entitlement programs, more victims, more government, more political correctness, and more attacks on the working class in all economic strata.
Viewing things according to the so-called Republican conservative perspective has brought continued spending and globalism to the detriment of American interests and well being, denial of what the real problems are, weak, ineffective, milquetoast, leadership that amounts to Barney Fife Deputy Sheriff, appeasement oriented and afraid of its own shadow. In brief, it has brought liberal ideology with a pachyderm as a mascot juxtaposed to the ass of the Democrat Party.
Immigration isn't a Republican problem – it isn't a Liberal problem – it is a problem that threatens the very fabric and infrastructure of America. It demands a pragmatic approach not an approach that is intended to appease one group or another.
The impending collapse of the economy isn't a Liberal or Conservative problem, it is an American problem. That said, until it is viewed as a problem that demands a common sense approach to resolution, it will never be fixed because the Democrats and Republicans know only one way to fix things and the longevity of their impracticality has proven to have no lasting effect.
Successful businessmen like Donald Trump find ways to make things work, they do not promise to accommodate.
Trump uniquely understands that China's manipulation of currency is not a Republican problem or a Democrat problem. It is a problem that threatens our financial stability and he understands the proper balance needed to fix it.
Here again, successful businessmen like Trump who have weathered the changing tides of economic reality understand what is necessary to make business work, and they, unlike both sides of the political aisle, know that if something doesn't work, you don't continue trying to make it work hoping that at some point it will.
As a pragmatist, Donald Trump hasn't made wild pie-in-the-sky promises of a cell phone in every pocket, free college tuition, and a $15 hour minimum wage for working the drive-through at Carl's Hamburgers.
I argue that America needs pragmatists because pragmatists see a problem and find ways to fix them. They do not see a problem and compound it by creating more problems.
You may not like Donald Trump, but I suspect that the reason some people do not like him is because:
(1) he is antithetical to the "good old boy" method of brokering backroom deals that fatten the coffers of politicians;
(2) they are unaccustomed to hearing a candidate speak who is unencumbered by the financial shackles of those who owe them vis-a-vis donations;
3) he is someone who is free of idiomatic political ideology; and
(4) he is someone who understands that it takes more than hollow promises and political correctness to make America great again.
Listening to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders talk about fixing America is like listening to two lunatics trying to "out crazy" one another. Jeb Bush, John Kasich and Marco Rubio are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the bankers, corporations, and big dollar donors funding their campaigns. Bush can deny it, but common sense tells anyone willing to face facts is that people don't give tens of millions without expecting something in return
We have had Democrats and Republican ideologues and what has it brought us? Are we better off today or worse off? Has it happened overnight or has it been a steady decline brought on by both parties?
I submit that a pragmatist might be just what America needs right now. People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance, but that is common among those who have never accomplished anything in their lives (or politicians who never really solved a problem, because it's better to still have an "issue(s) to be solved," so re-elect me to solve it, (which never happens) and those who have always played it safe (again, all politicians) not willing to risk failure, to try and achieve success).
Donald Trump had his total financial empire at risk in running for president; that says it all. Success for the U.S.!
-
SO WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?
I used to think I was just a regular any man person, with a mind with a independent pragmatic mind set, but I was born white , which now, whether I like it or not, makes me a racist.
I am a fiscal and moral conservative, which by today's standards, makes me a fascist.
I am heterosexual, which now makes me a homophobe.
I am mostly non-union, which makes me a traitor to the working class and an ally of big business.
I was christened by my parents (who were married, in a church and remained married until they died), which now labels me as an infidel.
I am older than 65 and retired, which makes me useless.
I think and I reason, therefore I doubt much that the main stream media tells me, which must make me a reactionary.
I am proud of my heritage which makes me a xenophobe.
I value my safety and that of my family and I appreciate the police and the legal system, which makes me a right-wing extremist.
I believe in hard work, fair play, and fair compensation according to each individual's merits, which today makes me an anti-socialist.
I (and most of the folks I know), acquired a fair education without student loan debts and little or no debt at graduation, which makes me some kind of an odd underachiever.
I believe and served in the defense and protection of the homeland for and by all citizens and I honor those who served in the Armed Forces, which now makes me a right wing-militant.
Please help me come to terms with the new me… because I'm just not sure who the hell I am anymore! I would like to thank all my friends for sticking with me through these seemingly abrupt, new found changes in my life and my thinking! I just can't imagine or understand what's happened to me so quickly!
Funny …it’s all just taken place over the last 7 or 8 years!
As if all this nonsense wasn’t enough to deal with… I’m not sure which restroom to go into..............
