Group Sues After 100K Illegals Registered to Vote in Pa :-(

Pennsylvania Dimms up to new tricks.   Chicago right behind this with their new "ID" cards for EVERYONE, that will give illegals the opportunity to vote as "citizens". Where is the outcry and prosecution for the rights of REAL citizens being trashed without consequences.

_________________________________________________________________

Group Sues After 100K Illegals Registered to Vote in Pa.  February 27, 2018  Brendan Clarey   (Brendan Clarey, Liberty Headlines)

‘Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about non-citizens registering and voting…’

An elections accountability watchdog group sued the Pennsylvania Department of State (DOS) on Monday because the state refused to let them inspect records of over 100,000 people who are registered to vote without citizenship, which is in violation of federal law under the National Voter Registration Act.    The lawsuit was announced in a  press release from Public Interest Legal Foundation.

The reason PILF found out about the voters was the result of a study by the DOS and the state Department of Transportation, after state officials discovered an error that granted all PennDOT customers the opportunity to register to vote, regardless of their citizenship status.

“For months, Pennsylvania bureaucrats have concealed facts about non-citizens registering and voting—that ends today,” J. Christian Adams, PILF President and General Counsel said in the release. “Before this lawsuit, the State admitted to a ‘glitch’ that exposed thousands of driver’s license customers to voter registration offers despite their noncitizen status since the 1990s.”   From there, the politicians couldn’t stop the leak of the information, according to Adams.

“The Secretary of State abruptly resigned.   DOS officials blocked federal public inspection rights. The PILF hopes to finally get answers about the true scale of noncitizen voting in Pennsylvania and assist lawmakers in crafting reforms that fix it,” Adams continued.

PILF began asking the DOS for information about voter registration last October, but their requests were rejected, according to the press release, which prompted them to take legal action to obtain the records. The complaint filed Monday cites examples of Pennsylvania’s poor voting standards to establish the problem with the system.

“The complaint contains election records related to seven aliens who registered to vote and were voluntarily removed after self-reporting their status,”  a fact sheet about the complaint reads.

Some voted multiple times in federal and state elections. One alien was even registered three times at once, voted, was canceled for being a non-citizen, and amazingly was reregistered even after being caught.”

Obama 'No-Arrest Policy' May Have Officially Shielded Fla. Shooter

Obama ‘No-Arrest Policy’ May Have Shielded Fla. Shooter  February 27, 2018

‘The intent of PROMISE is to safeguard the student from entering the judicial system…’

____________________________________________________________________________________

An Obama-era “no-arrest policy” guideline for school discipline may have hindered the ability of authorities to prevent Nikolas Cruz’s mass murder of 17 persons at a Florida high school on February 14, said the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives Richard Corcoran. Corcoran, a Republican from Florida’s Pasco County, made his comments on Monday’s edition of SiriusXM’s News Tonight.

Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel coordinated with the Broward County Schools Superintendent Robert Runcie to implement a school disciplinary guidelines — entitled the "PROMISE" program: Preventing Recidivism through Opportunities, Mentoring, Interventions, Supports & Education —  ORIENTED AROUND RACIAL AND ETHNIC QUOTAS.

Breitbart News reported: “The Obama-era Departments of Education and Justice – under education secretary  Arne Duncan and Attorney General Eric Holder –issued school guidelines in 2014 that claimed students of color are ‘disproportionately impacted’ by suspensions and expulsions, a situation they said leads to a ‘school-to-prison pipeline’ that discriminates against minority and low-income students.”…

The PROMISE program’s website describes the policy’s purpose: “THE INTENT OF PROMISE IS TO SAFEGUARD THE STUDENT FROM ENTERING THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM.” It also contains a  Diversity subcategory.

On Sunday, Sheriff Israel  PRAISED the PROMISE program:    [The PROMISE program is] giving the school — the school has the ability under certain circumstances not to call the police, not to get the police involved on misdemeanor offenses and take care of it within the school. It’s an excellent program. It’s helping many, many people. What this program does is not put a person at 14, 15, 16 years old into the criminal justice system.

No Nursing Home...For Me + Aids Warning :-)

  NO NURSING HOME... FOR ME!!!!

No nursing home for us. check it out:

We'll be checking into a Holiday Inn!

With the average cost for nursing home care being $188.00 per day,

there is a better way when we get old and too feeble.

I've already checked on reservations at

The Holiday Inn.

For a combined long term stay discount and senior discount, it's $59.23 per night.

Breakfast is included, and

some have happy hours in the afternoon.

That leaves $128.77 a day for

lunch and dinner in any restaurant we want,

or room service, laundry,

gratuities and special TV movies.

Plus, they provide a spa, swimming pool,

a workout room, a lounge

and washer dryer, etc.

Most have free toothpaste and razors,

and all have free shampoo and soap.

$5 worth of tips a day you'll have the entire staff scrambling to help you.

They treat you like a customer, not a patient.

There's a city bus stop out front, and seniors ride free.

The handicap bus will also pick you up

(if you fake a decent limp).

To meet other nice people,

call a church bus on Sundays.

For a change of scenery, take the airport shuttle bus and eat at one of the nice restaurants there.

While you're at the airport, fly somewhere;

otherwise, the cash keeps building up.

It takes months to get into decent nursing homes.

Holiday Inn will take your reservation today.

And you're not stuck in one place forever --

you can move from Inn to Inn,

or even from city to city.

Want to see Hawaii ?

They have Holiday Inn there too.

TV broken?  Light bulbs need changing?

Need a mattress replaced?

No problem...

They fix everything,

and apologize for the inconvenience.

The Inn has a night security person

and daily room service.

The maid checks to see if you are ok.   If not, they'll call an ambulance...

Or the undertaker

If you fall and break a hip,

Medicare will pay for the hip,

and Holiday Inn will upgrade you

to a suite for the rest of your life.

And no worries about visits from family.

They will always be glad to find you,

and probably check in for a few days mini vacation.

The grand-kids can use the pool.

What more could I ask for?

So, when I reach that golden age,

I'll face it with a grin. ??

Where Are My Glasses ? ? :-)

WHERE ARE MY GLASSES ?

WHERE ARE MY GLASSES?

Yesterday my daughter e-mailed me again asking why I didn't do something useful with my time.

Like sitting around the pool and drinking wine is not a good thing, I said.

Talking about my "doing something useful" seems to be her favorite topic of conversation.

She was "only thinking of me" she said, and suggested I go down to the senior center and hang out with the guys.

I did this and when I got  home last night I decided to teach her a lesson about staying out of my business.

I e-mailed her and told her that I had joined a parachute club.

She replied, "Are you nuts? You are 83 years old, and now you're going to start jumping out of airplanes?"

I told her that I even got a membership card and e-mailed a copy to her.

She immediately telephoned  me, "Good grief, where are your glasses! This is a membership to a Prostitute Club, not a Parachute Club."

"Oh man, I'm in trouble again; I really don't know what to do... I signed up for five jumps a week."

The line went quiet and her friend picked up the phone and said that my daughter had fainted.

Life as a senior citizen is not getting any easier, but sometimes it can be fun!!

Sexual Harassement  :-)

  Sexual Harassement

Russ and Sam, two friends, met in the park every day to feed the pigeons, watch the squirrels and discuss world problems.

One day Russ didn't show up. Sam didn't think much about it and figured maybe he had a cold or something..

But after Russ hadn't shown up for a week or so, Sam really got worried.

However, since the only time they ever got together was at the park, Sam didn't know where Russ lived, so he was unable to find

out what had happened to him.

A month had passed, and Sam figured he had seen the last of Russ, but one day, Sam approached the park and-- lo and behold! -- there sat Russ!

Sam was very excited and happy to see him and told him so.

Then he said, 'For crying out loud Russ, what in the world happened to you?'

Russ replied, 'I have been in jail.'

'Jail!' cried Sam. What in the world for?'

'Well,' Russ said, 'you know Sue, that cute little blonde waitress at the  coffee shop where I sometimes go?'

'Yeah,' said Sam, 'I remember her. What about her?'

'Well, the little gold-digging witch figured I was rich and she filed rape charges against me; and, at 89 years old, I was so proud that when I got into court, I pleaded 'guilty'.

'The judge gave me 30 days for perjury.'

Around two dozen Carnival Cruise Line passengers were removed from the Carnival Legend on Friday following a violent brawl that one onlooker described as a “bloodbath.”

The Carnival Legend was scheduled to dock in Melbourne on Saturday following a 10-day trip through the South Pacific, but was forced to make an unscheduled stop in Eden, New South Wales, where police unloaded the unruly passengers, 9 News Australia is reporting.

Witnesses say the fight broke out very early on Friday morning between a large extended family, guests and staff members, and grew to the point where fellow passengers were “truly scared for [their] safety.”

DOZENS SICKENED WITH POSSIBLE NOROVIRUS AFTER COMING BACK FROM CRUISE

Footage from the ship shows several passengers punching, kicking and wresting each other to the floor, while security officers attempt to break up the melee. Some of the officers are also seen kicking and fighting with the passengers themselves.

At one point in the footage, a female staff member is seen trying to swat at the person filming the fight, presumably in an attempt to stop him/her from filming.

Travelers aboard the Carnival Legend said some of the unruly passengers had been “looking for trouble from the minute they got on the ship,” according to a witness who spoke with Melbourne’s 3AW Radio.
